Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwój elektronicznych usług o charakterze publicznym na szczeblu lokalnym – na terenie Gminy Kije, Miasta i Gminy Morawica oraz Gminy Sobków, z zakresu szeroko pojętych e-usług w obszarze administracji i kultury. Głównym celem projektu jest umożliwienie i upowszechnienie mieszkańcom – potencjalnym użytkownikom i interesantom trzech Urzędów Gmin oraz trzech Gminnych Bibliotek Publicznych (samorządowych instytucji kultury) korzystania z usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną. Zadania: Rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych z zakresu administracji w UG Kije, Rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych z zakresu administracji w UMiG Morawica, Rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych z zakresu administracji w UG Sobków, Rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych z zakresu kultury w GBP Kije, Rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych z zakresu kultury w M-GBP Morawica i Rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych z zakresu kultury w GBP Sobków. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia RPOWŚ i jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym działania 7.1 Rozwój e-społeczeństwa. Wskaźniki: Liczba pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego – 10 000 szt., Liczba uruchomionych systemów teleinformatycznych w podmiotach wykonujących zadania publiczne – 6 szt., Liczba podmiotów, które udostępniły on-line informacje sektora publicznego – 6 szt., Liczba aplikacji opartych na ponownym wykorzystaniu informacji sektora publicznego i e-usług publicznych – 6 szt., Przestrzeń dyskowa serwerowni – 10 TB, Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 – transakcja – 52 szt., Liczba udostępnionych on-line dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego – 52 szt., Liczba utworzonych API – 6 szt. The project involves the development of local public e-services in the municipality of Kije, the City and the Municipality of Morawica and the Municipality of Sobków from the scope of the wider e-services in the area of administration and culture. The main objective of the project is to enable and disseminate to the public, potential users and interested persons of the three municipal councils and the three prominent local authorities of the public institutions (cultural institutions) to use electronically supplied services. The project is in line with the objective of the OP and is in line with the specific objective of Action 7.1 Development of e-Society.
