Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia własnej INNOWACYJNEJ TECHNOLOGII ZROBOTYZOWANEGO WYTWARZANIA ZŁOŻONYCH KONSTRUKCJI PRZESTRZENNYCH oraz uruchomieniu na jej podstawie wytwarzania znacząco ulepszonych towarów, w stosunku do obecnie wytwarzanych na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej produktów – konstrukcji przestrzennych w postaci kabin do maszyn specjalnego przeznaczenia. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie własnej technologii i produkcji znacząco ulepszonych kabin do pojazdów kierowanych przez operatora wykorzystywanych m.in. w branży budowlanej, rolniczej, leśnej oraz zimowego utrzymania dróg. Cel - wzrost poziomu innowacyjności i konkurencyjności firmy, zostanie osiągnięty dzięki uruchomieniu produkcji ww. konstrukcji przestrzennych o parametrach znacznie przewyższających obecnie dostępne produkty. Inwestycja technologiczna polega na budowie hali przemysłowej oraz zakupie niezbędnych do uruchomienia produkcji maszyn. Przy opracowaniu założeń projektu brano pod uwagę zasady zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz ochrony środowiska, co przejawia się w zmniejszonej energochłonności procesu produkcji, podwyższonej wytrzymałości konstrukcji przy jednocześnie mniejszym wykorzystaniu surowców a także ograniczeniu liczby odpadów poprodukcyjnych. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 10/04/2017 do 31/12/2018. Wnioskodawca to średnie przedsiębiorstwo, prowadzące działalność związaną głównie z produkcją konstrukcji stalowych oraz maszyn i urządzeń według dokumentacji dostarczonej przez zleceniodawców, bądź według własnych projektów. Certus posiada uznaną markę na rynku i dużą grupę odbiorców produktów, głównie z branży utrzymania ruchu zimowego oraz branży budowlanej i rolniczej. Certus posiada wykwalifikowaną kadrę techniczną, doświadczenie w realizacji projektów z UE oraz zabezpieczenie finansowe realizacji prezentowanego projektu. (Polish)

The project is concerned with the implementation of the innovative TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT VALUES OF EQUIPMENT OF TRANSITIONAL CONVENTION and the activation on its basis of substantially improved goods, in relation to products currently being manufactured in the Republic of Poland, of a spatial structure in the form of cabins for special purpose machinery.The project aims at implementing its own technology and the production of significantly improved passenger cabins for vehicles used, inter alia, in the construction, agricultural, forestry and winter maintenance sectors.The objective, which is to increase the level of innovation and competitiveness of the company, will be achieved by mobilising the production of the above mentioned spatial structure well in excess of the products currently available.The technological investment consists of the construction of an industrial hall and the purchase necessary for the production of machinery.The design of the project took into account the principles of sustainable development and environmental protection, as demonstrated by the reduced energy intensity of the production process, the increased strength of the structure while using less raw materials as well as the reduction in the number of post-production waste.The project will run from 10/04/2017 to 31/12/2018.The applicant is a medium-sized enterprise, active mainly in the manufacture of steel structures and machinery and equipment according to the documentation provided by the principals or by their own project.The certus has a recognised brand in the market and a large product audience, mainly in the winter and construction and construction sectors.The certus has qualified technical staff, experience in the implementation of projects with the EU and financial security for the realisation of the project presented.
