Firma Gorrett Piotr Słaby planuje poszerzenie swojej oferty o produkty z nowego segmentu rynku, jakimi są przyczepy samochodowe. Firma posiada duże doświadczenie i możliwości technologiczne w zakresie projektowania i produkcji konstrukcji metalowych a przyczepy są typem konstrukcji metalowych znajdujących szeroki rynek zbytu. Będzie to więc wykorzystanie własnych możliwości technologicznych oraz doświadczenia w nowej, bardzo rentownej branży. Firma posiada kompetencje oraz możliwości, by takie przyczepy zaprojektować, wyprodukować i przetestować: nie posiada jednak możliwości by bezstronnie zweryfikować spełnienie wymagań stawianych tego typu urządzeniom przez normy i dyrektywy WE. Ponadto zgodnie z prawem, aby produkt typu przyczepa samochodowa została dopuszczona do sprzedaży, musi zostać poddany bezstronnym badaniom w jednostce posiadającej akredytację Polskiego Centrum Akredytacji a po spełnieniu rygorystycznych wymagań zawartych w normach i dyrektywach WE, powinien otrzymać homologację potwierdzającą dopuszczenie do ruchu. W ramach projektu zostanie więc przeprowadzona usługa badawczo-rozwojowa w jednostce naukowej o kategorii A, posiadającej jednocześnie w swej strukturze laboratorium akredytowane przez PCA, nr akredytacji: nr AB-503.Przedstawione do badań prototypy przyczep – projektu, konstrukcji i produkcji Gorrett Piotr Słaby – zostaną poddane specjalistycznym badaniom i testom weryfikującym spełnienie wymagań stawianych przez dyrektywę WE. Na bazie wyników badań zostaną poczynione korekty prototypów. Po pełnym dopracowaniu przyczep i po doprowadzeniu ich do stanu zgodności z wymaganiami, przejdą one badania homologacyjne, będące podstawą do otrzymania homologacji, dzięki którym będą mogły zostać wprowadzone do sprzedaży na rynkach UE. Celem projektu, poprzez realizację opisanych działań, jest uzyskanie świadectwa homologacji dopuszczające do rejestracji przyczep samochodowych o DMC do 750kg w kategorii O1 w dwóch typach jedno i dwuosiowym (Polish)

Gorrett Piotr would want to expand its bid for a new segment of the market, which is a car trailer. The firm has considerable experience and technological capability in the design and manufacture of metal structures and trailers are a type of metal construction which has a broad outlet. It will therefore make use of its own technological capabilities and experience in a new, highly profitable industry. The firm is competent and able to design, produce and test such trailers: however, it does not have the possibility to verify impartially whether the requirements of such devices are met by EC standards and directives. In addition, in accordance with the law, in order for a type of product to be allowed to be sold, it shall be subject to impartial examination by the body holding the accreditation of the Polish Accreditation Centre and subject to compliance with the stringent requirements contained in EC standards and directives. The project will thus carry out a R & D service in the category A scientific unit, while in its structure accredited by the PCA, accreditation number: no AB-503.Preformed of the prototypes for trailers — the design, construction and production of Gorrett Piotr Słaby — will be subjected to specific tests and tests to verify that the requirements of the EC Directive have been met. On the basis of the results of the tests, prototypes will be corrected. After full fine-tuning of the trailers and once they have been brought into conformity, they will pass the approval tests which are the basis for obtaining the approval, which will enable them to be placed on the EU markets. The project aims, by carrying out the activities described above, to obtain an approval certificate for the registration of car trailers with a DMC up to 750 kg in category O1 in two types and two axles.
