Przedmiotem projektu jest przebud. budynku stodoły i obory na świetl. wiejską na terenie zespołu parkowo-pałac. w Jerzmanowej, przy ul. Obiszowskiej 4A. Budynek jest wpisany do rej.zabyt.woj.doln.(dec.nr WRiD.5130.17.2016.EK,nr rej.zab. A/6011).W zakres proj.bud. wchodzą: przeb.bud. stodoły na świet. do imprez i stworzenie kręgielni z barem.W świetlicy odbywać się będą zebrania,imprezy(np. dzień dziecka, spotk. świąteczne).Organizowane będą również warsztaty.Ze świetlicy będą korzystać mieszkańcy Jerzmanowa i całej gminy.Dodatkowo znajdzie się tu: sala zajęć, zaplecze higien.-sanit. oraz kuchenne. W zakresie proj. znajduje się także zagospod. terenu wraz z utwardzeniem nawierz. oraz montaż przyłączy i instal. zewn. Planuje się realizację następ. zadań: 1.Rob. bud.; 2.Zarządzanie projekt.; 3.Działania promo.Projekt będzie wdroż. poprzez przeprowadzenie robót bud. Odpowiada na potrzeby mieszkańców gminy, koła gosp. wiejskich.Cel projektu: aktywiz. i integracja mieszk. gminy poprzez rewitalizację bud.na terenie zespołu parkowo-pałac.Realizacji celu głów.pozwoli na realizację celów szczegół.np.wzrost udziału mieszkańców w życiu społ. i kult.Obiekt jest dostępny dla os.niepełnospr. W bud. zaprojektowano toalety dostos. do ich potrzeb. Planuje się zlokaliz. miejsca parking. dla osób niepełnospr. Roboty termomodern: docieplenie ścian obory płytami i stropów wełną mineralną i płytami OSB. Odtworzona zostanie również stolarka okienna i drzwi. i fasady szklane.Projekt jest komplementarny do zrealizowanych inwest. dot. tworzenia miejsc prom. i rozwoju kult. Gminy. Projekt realiz. jest na działce i obiekcie będącymi własnością Gminy,nie jest realiz. w partnerst./konsorc., nie jest objęty schemat. pom. pub. The construction of toilets is designed to be adapted to meet their needs. There are plans to locate the parking space for the disabled. Robots thermomodern: insulation of mineral wool walls and costumes and OSB. There will also be a replacement of windows and doors and a glass of glass. the project is complementary to the investments made. Municipalities. The project is implemented within a plot and facility owned by the Municipality, is not a reality. It will be implemented by the workers of the United Kingdom with the appropriate experimental design.
