Projekt polega na modernizacji i generalnym remoncie wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania istniejącego budynku po dawnej szkole podstawowej w Wysokiej Lelowskiej na mieszkania socjalne. Roboty dotyczyć będą pomieszczeń wewnętrznych, elewacji, instalacji oraz zagospodarowania terenu. Obiekt poddany zostanie termomodernizacji, zakupione zostanie podstawowe wyposażenie mieszkań. Efektem prac będzie powstanie dziewięciu nowych mieszkań socjalnych. W sąsiedztwie obiektu zbudowane zostanie boisko wielofunkcyjne, powstanie droga wewnętrzna oraz parkingi. (Polish)

The project consists of an upgrade and a general overhaul, with a change in the way the existing building is used after the former primary school in the High Lelystad on social housing. The works will relate to indoor premises, façades, installations and land use. The facility will be renovated with the purchase of basic housing. The work will lead to the creation of nine new social housing units. A multifunctional space, an internal road and car parks will be built in the vicinity of the facility. (English)
