Předmětem projektu je výměna zastaralého nakladače za energeticky úspornější. Místem realizace je areál v Pelejovicích, parc.č. st. 47, 1022/18, 1022/22, 21/2, katastrální území Pelejovice, obec Dolní Bukovsko, část obce Pelejovice, okres České Budějovice, kraj Jihočeský. Způsob využití parcel dle KN je ostatní komunikace, manipulační plocha či orná půda. Budovy v areálu jsou v katastru nemovitostí vedeny v kategorii zemědělská stavba.
