W ramach projektu powstanie laboratorium, w którym będą tworzone oraz testowane nowe maszyny dla przemysłu cukierniczego i piekarniczego, optymalizowane będą istniejące maszyny z oferty Beneficjenta oraz tworzone i udoskonalane akcesoria do maszyn. Do zadań laboratorium należeć będzie także tworzenie nowych receptur wykorzystywanych następnie do testów maszyn oraz tworzenie receptur na zlecenie podmiotów zewnętrznych. (Polish)

The project will establish a laboratory where new machines are to be created and tested for the confectionery and baking industries, optimising existing machines from the Beneficiary’s offer and developing and improving machinery for machines.The laboratory will also be responsible for setting up new recipes used for testing machines and setting up recipes for external contractors.
