Analizowane zadanie pn.: „Integracja systemu transportu publicznego poprzez budowę ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej od węzła komunikacyjnego Goleniów Park Przemysłowy do systemu ścieżek pieszo-rowerowych w kierunku Dworca Kolejowego „Goleniów”” obejmuje swoim zakresem: 1. Przebudowę ul. Prostej w Łozienicy polegającej na: 1.1. budowie ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej z połączeniem z istniejącą ścieżką na ul. Nowej, 1.2. wykonaniu przepustów na ciekach, 1.3. modernizacji peronów autobusowych, dojść dla pieszych (koszt niekwalifikowany), 1.4. wykonaniu stałej organizacji ruchu. 2. Przebudowę ul. Granitowej w Łozienicy polegającej na: 2.1. budowie ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej z połączeniem z planowanym do realizacji w ramach SKM węzłem przesiadkowym, 2.2. poszerzeniu pasa drogowego, wykonaniu rowu odparowującego. 3. Wykonanie oświetlenia w ciągu projektowanej ścieżki. - - - Etapy realizacji: - Wybór Wykonawcy dokumentacji projektowej oraz robót w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”: 2-3 kw. 2019, - Uzyskanie decyzji ZRID: 1 kw. 2020, - Usługi: Inżynier Projektu i Nadzór Inwestorski [koszt poza projektem]: 2 kw. 2020 – 4 kw. 2020, - Roboty budowlane: 2 kw. 2020 – 4 kw. 2020, - Promocja projektu [koszt poza projektem]: 4 kw. 2020, - Odbiór końcowy: 4 kw. 2020. - - - Wnioskodawca posiada w ramach opisanych struktur majątkowo-administracyjnych zasoby techniczne, kadrowe i wiedzę gwarantujące uruchomienie infrastruktury bezpośrednio po zakończeniu projektu (SW 3.2). Projekt będzie realizowany za pomocą Zespołu ds. Wdrażania Projektu oraz podmiotów zew. (SW 3.2.2) - - - Zgodność projektu z zapisami pkt 1.2 Regulaminu naboru: - typ projektu – 1, - inwestycja wskazana w Strategii i wdrażana na obszarze ZIT SOM, - wsparcie na działania usprawniające komunikację publiczną, - dotyczy obszaru, dla którego stworzony został PGN oraz PZMM (SW 2.2.7), - przedmiot projektu znajduje się na terenie strefy przemysłowej, - inwestycja powiązana z działaniami „miękkimi” w ramach PGN. Reconstruction ul. Latvians, which consists of: 1.1. constructing a pedestrian/cycling path with a link to an existing path on the street New, 1.2th culverts on courses, 1.3. upgrades of bus platforms, strike by pedestrians (ineligible cost), 1.4. performance of the permanent traffic organisation. 2. Reconstruction ul. Granite, which consists of: 2.1: the construction of a pedestrian path with a connection to the scheduled delivery within the SKM hub, the 2.2. the widening of the road, the implementation of an evaporation ditch. 3. Lighting execution within the planned track. — — - Implementation steps: — Selection of design documentation and “design and demolition” works: 2-3 quarters 2019, — Recovery of the ZRID decision: 1 quarter 2020, — Services: Investment engineer and supervision [cost beyond the project]: 2 quarter 2020-4 quarters 2020, — Construction works: 2 quarter 2020-4 quarters 2020, — Project promoter [cost out of project]: 4 quarter 2020, — Final acceptance: 4 quarter 2020. — — — The applicant has, within the framework of the property and administrative structures described, technical, personnel and knowledge to ensure that the infrastructure is put in place immediately after the end of the project (SW 3.2). The project will be carried out with the assistance of the Team Implementation of the Project and of the entities of the (s3.2.2) — - — Compatibility of the project with the provisions of point 1.2 of the selection procedure: — project type — 1, — investment indicated in the Strategy and implemented in the area of ITI SOM — support to public communication activities, — concerns the area for which the PGN and PZMM (SW 2.2.7) are created, the subject of the project is located in an industrial area, an investment linked to the ‘soft’ measure under the PGN.
