Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności wysokiej jakości usług społecznych placówek świadczących usługi społeczne w społeczności lokalnej, w formie Klubu Seniora dla 50 osób 60+ wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z Gminy Łuków do 31.08.2020r. Zakłada się realizację kompleksowych działań na rzecz rozwoju systemu wsparcia. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do podniesienia jakości usług społecznych i zdrowotnych oraz ograniczenia jednej z istotnych barier jaką jest wykluczenie z dostępu do podstawowych usług publicznych warunkujących możliwości rozwojowe osobom wykluczonym, bądź zagrożonym ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, zwłaszcza osobom starszym, z niepełnosprawnościami i niesamodzielnym. The aim of the project is to increase the availability of social services of social services in the local community, in the form of a Senior Citizens’ Club, for 50 people 60 + excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the Municipality of Arc by 31.08.2020. A comprehensive response to the development of the support system is envisaged. The implementation of the project will help to improve the quality of social and health services and reduce one of the significant barriers to exclusion from access to essential public services that are preconditions for the development of people who are excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, in particular for elderly persons with disabilities and dependants.
