CEL: Zwiększenie dostępności usług społ. oraz usług wsparcia rodz. poprzez utworzenie PWD prowadzonej w formie opiek. pn. Świetlica „Mrówka”, a także pomoc w opiece i wych. dzieci oraz wsparcie w postaci usług specj. i asystentury 40 osób zagr. ubós. lub wykl. społ. zamieszk. GTW w okresie 1.03.2017r. -31.12.2018r. Główne rezultaty: -objęcie wsparciem 20UP przeżywających trudności w wypełnianiu ról opiekuńczo - wychow. w formie usług prawnych i psycholog. -wzmocnienie funkcji opiek. - wychow. poprzez pracę asystenta rodziny w 20 rodz. -utworzenie nowej PWD na terenie gminy, w której nie ma żadnej PWD -wsparcie1 miejsca świadczenia usług społ. istniejących przez min. 2 lata po zakończonym proj. -objęcie wsparciem 20 dzieci w zakresie opieki i wychow., pomocy w nauce, organizacji czasu wolnego, zabawę i zajęcia sportowe oraz rozwój zainteresowań w ramach PWD prowadzonej w formie opiekuńczej -poprawa syt. finan. 16 rodz. poprzez wypłatę zas. okresowych Główne zad. i grupa doc.: -rekrutacja -porad. prawne i psycholog. dla 20UP -praca asystenta z 20 rodz. -zorganiz. treningu komp. rodzinnych "Szkoła dla dzieci" dla 20 dzieci oraz "Szkoła dla rodziców" dla 20 dorosłych -utworzenie PWD w GTW zgodnie z ustawą o wspier. rodziny i systemie pieczy zastęp. dla dzieci -realizacja działań i zadań PWD zgodnie z w/w ustawą oraz prowadzenie zajęć rozwijających co najmniej 2 z ośmiu kompetencji kluczowych wskazanych w zaleceniu Parl. Europ. i Rady z 18.12.2006r. w spr. komp. kluczowych w procesie uczenia się przez całe życie i zgodnie z Wytycz. w zakre. reali. przed. w obszarze włącz. społecz. i zwalczania ubóst. z wykorzystaniem środków EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-2020 (działania skierowane będą do 20 dzieci). Szczegółowy opis zajęć opisany jest w pkt V wnios. (Zad.3) -pomoc finan. w post. zas. okres. dla 16 UP - rodz.(zakłada się, że 4UP może nie kwalifikować się do otrzymania świadczenia finans. ze względu na kryterium dochodowe, ale ale korzysta ze wsparcia GOPS (Polish)

OBJECTIVE: Increasing the accessibility of social services and family support through the creation of an IPD in the form of the following: Childcare care and assistance in care and removal of children and assistance in the form of special care services for 40 people. GTW in the period 1.03.2017 — 31.12.2018 Main results: Providing support to 20UP to meet the difficulties in fulfilling the role of carers in the form of legal services and a psychologist. The reinforcement of the function of care. — bringing up family assistants in 20 days. The creation of a new PWD on the territory of the municipality where there is no PWDs — to support the 1th place of supply of the social services existing at the end of the 2 year after the proj. Cover 20 children with care, learning, leisure time, fun and sports activities and the development of an interest in the PWD of care -improvements. 16 by way of periodical redundancy payments: — Recruitment — Legal and Psychologists. for 20UP, the assistant’s work of 20 means. — organised training of the family ‘School for Children’ Family ‘School for Children’ for 20 children and for the 20 adult ‘School for Parents’ -setting up the PWD in the GTW in accordance with the Law on Family Assistance and Custody Scheme in accordance with the Law on Family Support and Custody of Children — Implementation of the activities and activities of the PWDs in accordance with the Act and the running of the developing activities at least 2 of the eight key competences identified in the Parl recommendation. Europ. and the 18.12.2006 Council on key components for lifelong learning and implementation in the field of social inclusion and eradication of poverty through the ESF and ERDF for 2014-2020 (targeting 20 children).
