Celem gł. projektu zaplanowanym do 31.08.2020r. jest aktywizacja zawodowa min.160 z 200 uczestników projektu - osób biernych zawodowolub bezrobotnych (w tym dł. bezrobotnych) w powyżej 29 r.ż. mieszkańców Subregionu Pilskiego i Poznańskiego Województwa Wielkopolskiego, przez kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane wzmocnienie ich kompetencji zawodowych, umożliwienie zdobycia dośw. zawodowego, przekładające się na podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. wymagany kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej odsetek UP. Założono:*identyfikację potrzeb UP, w tym diagnozowanie potrzeb szkoleniowych i możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego (1200h prac doradczych, 6h/UP) oraz opr.lub aktualizację IPD (1000h prac doradczych, 5h/IPD) [Zad.1]*pośrednictwo pracy (1000h pracy pośrednika, 5h/UP) [Zad.2]*mentoring (2000h prac mentorów, 10h/UP) [Zad.5]*staże (860 osobomiesięcy) [zad.4]*szkolenia zawodowe [Zad.3]*dofinansowanie przejazdów z miejsca zamieszkania do miejsca szkolenia [Zad.3], stażu [Zad.4]*dodatki relokacyjne dla 10 UP [Zad.2].Okres realizacji: 01.09.2018-31.08.2020 (Polish)
