Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo rozwojowych w zakresie opracowanej technologii wzbogacania owocników pieczarek w naturalną witaminę grupy D i wykorzystywanie ich do produkcji prozdrowotnych wyrobów piekarniczych i garmażeryjnych. Realizacja projektu w zakresie przedmiotowym przewiduje zakup środków trwałych stanowiących niezbędną infrastrukturę produkcyjną. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie uruchomienie produkcji nowej linii produktów prozdrowotnych, wdrożenie innowacji procesowej i produktowej oraz rozszerzenie oferty asortymentowej Wnioskodawcy. Nowa oferta Wnioskodawcy będzie kierowana do podmiotów indywidualnych za pośrednictwem detalicznych placówek handlowych oraz hurtowni spożywczych. Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do wzmocnienia konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy na rynku regionalnym i krajowym oraz pozwoli na sprzedaż produktów za granicę. Projekt zakłada także nawiązanie współpracy z jednostką naukową na etapie jego realizacji celem wyeliminowania ew. błędów wdrożeniowych i zapewnienia wysokiej jakości produkcji. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to implement the results of research and development on the development of enriched mushrooms into the natural vitamin D group and to use them for the production of bakery and pot products for health purposes. The implementation of the project involves the purchase of fixed assets constituting the necessary production infrastructure. The project will trigger the production of new lines of health products, the implementation of process and product innovations and the extension of the product range of the applicant. The applicant’s new bid will be addressed to individuals through retail establishments and food wholesalers. The project will strengthen the applicant’s competitiveness in the regional and national markets and allow products to be sold across borders. The project also involves establishing cooperation with the scientific body at the stage of its implementation, in order to eliminate any errors in the implementation and to ensure a high quality of production.
