Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie upowszechniania wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Czarnocin (gmina wiejska, woj. łódzkie) w okresie od 01.07.2017 roku do 31.08.2018 r. poprzez stworzenie 25 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego oraz rozszerzenie oferty Przedszkola Samorządu Gminy w Zespole szkolno-Gimnazjalnym w Czarnocinie o dodatkowe zajęcia (250 godzin) wspierające rozwój dzieci i zwiększające ich szanse edukacyjne w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów i rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe. Rezultatami realizacji projektu będą: • nowy oddział przedszkolny na terenie wiejskim, na którego potrzeby zaadaptowana zostanie sala przedszkolna, zakupione zostaną sprzęty i pomoce dydaktyczne, • 25 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, 250 h zajęć, które rozszerzą i uatrakcyjnia ofertę przedszkola na rzecz zwiększenia szans edukacyjnych dzieci w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów oraz kształtowania i rozwijania u dzieci kompetencji kluczowych i właściwych postaw/umiejętności. • zaadaptowanie wypracowanego z udziałem środków EFS w perspektywie finansowej 2007 – 2013, rozwiązania, które jest komplementarne z rozwiązaniami wypracowanymi w obecnej perspektywie. Grupę docelową stanowią 75 dzieci ( 37chł., 38 dz.) w wieku przedszkolnym z gminy Czarnocin (gmina wiejska w woj. łódzkim). W ramach projektu planuje się adaptacje i wyposażenie sali na potrzeby nowego oddziału, wyposażenie go w sprzęty i pomoce dydaktyczne, bieżące funkcjonowanie w okresie od IX 2017 do VIII 2018 (12 m-cy) oraz realizacje oferty zajęć dodatkowych. Na terenie Gminy Czarnocin występuje niedosyt miejsc przedszkolnych, gmina nie gwarantuje wszystkim zainteresowanym mieszkańcom równego dostępu do dobrej jakości wczesnej edukacji elementarnej, wskaźnik upowszechnienia edukacji przedszkolnej w gminie jest poniżej 66,7%. Projekt odpowiada na zdiagnozowane w ramach przeprowadzonej i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący OWP diagnozy, problemy. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to increase the dissemination of high-quality pre-school education in the municipality of Montenegro (the rural community, the Łódzkie region) in the period from 01.07.2017 to 31.08.2018 through the creation of 25 nursery places and the extension of the offer from the Local Government to the School Complex in the Black Sea School of Montenegro for additional activities (250 hours) to support children’s development and improve their educational opportunities in respect of deficits identified and developing key competences. The results of the project will be: • a new pre-school institution in a rural area receiving the needs of the nursery, the acquisition of equipment and teaching aids,• 25 new pre-school places, 250 hours, which will extend and make the offer of nursery schools more attractive to increase the educational opportunities of children in terms of reported deficits, and to develop and develop children with key and relevant attitudes/skills. • Realisation of the ESF in the 2007-2013 financial perspective, solutions that complement the solutions developed in the current perspective. The target group is 75 children (37TH., 38 dz.) for the pre-school age group of the municipality of Montenegro (the municipality of Łódź Province). The project plans to adapt and equip the room for a new branch, to equip it with equipment and teaching aids, to work in the current period from IX 2017 to VIII 2018 (12 months) and to provide additional activities. Within the Montenegrin municipality there is a lack of pre-school facilities, the municipality does not guarantee equal access to good quality early-childhood education for all inhabitants concerned, the rate for the uptake of pre-school education in the municipality is below 66.7 %. The project is liable to problems diagnosed within the framework of the diagnosis carried out and approved by the investigating body. (English)
