P polega przede wszystkim na zwiększeniu dostepu do edukacji przedsz. o 25 nowych miejsc w Prz-lu w Lubochni wraz z podniesieniem jego standardów do stanu oczekiwanego, zgodnego z zapotrzebowaniem sygnalizowanym zarówno przez rodziców, nauczycieli, ale przede wszystkim opartego na wynikach diagnozy OWP. Diagnoza ta zatwierdzona została przez OP i zawiera analizę sytuacji demograficznej na terenie realizacji P. Liczba utworzonych w ramach P nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego odpowiada faktycznemu i prognozowanemu w perspektywie 3letniej zapotrzebowaniu na usługi edukacji przedszko na obszarze Gminy Lubochnia. Ponadto realizacja P została poprzedzona diagnozą stopnia przygotowania nauczycieli do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz analizą zapotrzebowania OWP na okr. kompetencje i kwal. Zaplanowane w P zadania, wynikają z przeprowadzonej diagnozy przedszkolnej określajacej stopień gotowości szkolnej dzieci i potrzeb wsparcia, w celu wyrównania i zwiększenia szans eduk dzieci w pierwszym okresie nauki: 1. Utworzenie i funkcjonowanie nowej grupy w roku 2016/2017 2. Zajęcia dod specjal-logopedyczne 3. Zajęcia dod stymulujące rozwój psychoruchowy - gimnastyka korekcyjna 4. Zajęcia dod - dla dzieci z zaburzeniami komunikacji społ z psychologiem 5. Zajęcia dod -wspomagające rozwój dziecka z niepełnosprawnościami 6. Doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zaw nauczycieli 7. Prace adaptacyjno-modernizacyjne-utworzenie nowego oddziału 8. Doposażenie nowego oddziału Wszystkie dotychczasowe zajęcia dodatkowe nie były wcześniej realizowane w takim kształcie i zakresie jak zaplanowane w P. P spełnia kryteria PREMIUJĄCE 1, 2, 3, 4. The main reason is to increase the access to pre-education for 25 new places in the Pzl-lu in Lubochni, together with an increase in its standards to what is expected to be reported by parents, teachers, but above all based on the PLO diagnosis. This diagnosis was approved by the PO and includes an analysis of the demographic situation in the implementation of P. The number of new pre-school education places created in the context of the P corresponds to actual and foreseeable demand for pre-school education in the area of the municipality of Lubochia. In addition, the development of P has been preceded by a diagnosis of the degree of preparation of teachers for the work of preschool children, including with children with special needs and an analysis of the needs of the PLO in the area of skills and acids. The tasks planned in the P stem from the early childhood diagnosis of children’s school readiness and support needs, in order to align and improve the chances of educating children in the first learning period: 1. The creation and functioning of the new group in 2016/2017 2. Seizures of special speech therapy 3. Tutoring activities to foster psychomotor development — corrective gymnastics 4. Seizure of DOD — for children with impaired communication with a psychologist 5. Seizures related to the development of a child with disabilities 6. Upgrading skills and competences in teachers 7. Adaptation and Modernisation work for the creation of a new branch of 8. The retrofitting of the new branch All the additional activities to date have not been implemented in the shape and scope of the new branch as planned in P meeting the bonus criteria 1, 2, 3, 4.
