Celem głównym projektu jest podnoszenie kompetencji kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju 60 studentów 41K/19M ostatnich dwóch semestrów I stopnia studiów stac na kierunku pielęgniarstwo w okresie 04.2016-31.05.2017. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągniecia celu szczegółowego PO WER poprzez podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, informatycznych, analitycznych,za pomocą realizowanych form wsparcia tj. warsztaty psychologiczne, certyfikowane szkolenia, dodatkowe zadania praktyczne dla studentów w formie projektowej, dodatkowe zajęcia organizowane przez RSW z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym oraz wizyty studyjne. Działania ukierunkowane będą na poszerzanie wiedzy z danej dziedziny, doskonalenie nabytych już umiejętności, rozwój osobowości. Oparte są na wiedzy teoretycznej i osobistych ćwiczeniach, informacjach zwrotnych. Poprzez oferowane formy wsparcia studenci będą doskonalić się i rozwijać. Projekt jest dostosowany do potrzeb indywidualnych uczestników m.in., pomoże im pokonać nieśmiałość, bariery komunikacyjne, efekt zorganizować czas pracy, ale również wzbogaci w myślenie analityczne. Studenci zdobędą wiedzę z zakładania własnej działalności gosp - postawią na przedsiębiorczość, kreatywność i innowacyjne pomysły. Wzrosną również ich komp zaw poprzez poszerzenie wiedzy spec za pomocą praktyki. RSW we współpracy z pracodawcami pokaże młodym ludziom jak osiągnąć sukces i stać się ekspertem w swojej dziedzinie. Formy wsparcia udzielone w projekcie wpłyną na konkurencyjność absolwentów RSW jako przyszłej kadry medycznej. Chodzi o to, by kształcić studentów na takich kierunkach, które są dla Polski bardzo ważne ze wzg na rozwój usług w danej branży z uwagi na starzenie się społ. i wzrost zapotrzebowania na usługi pielęgniarskie i konkurencyjność naszych firm w tym zakr na rynkach zagr. To inwestowanie w studentów ma w przyszłości zapewnić absolwentom pracę i w ten sposób ograniczyć skalę bezrobocia wś (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to increase the key competences for the economy and the development of the country of 60 students 41K/19M of the last two semesters of training courses for nursing in the period 04.2016-31.05.2017.The project will contribute to the objective of the OP KED by increasing professional, communication, enterprise, IT and analytical skills, through ongoing forms of support, i.e. psychological workshops, certified training, additional practical tasks for students in project form, additional activities organised by the PCF with the socio-economic environment and study visits.Activities will be targeted at raising the knowledge of the area concerned, improving the skills already acquired, developing the personality.They are based on theoretical knowledge and personal exercises, feedback.Students will develop and develop through their forms of support.The project is tailored to the needs of individual participants, among other things, helping them overcome their sincerity, communication barriers, the impact of working time, but also in analytical thinking.Students will gain knowledge from starting their own business — they will turn to entrepreneurship, creativity and innovative ideas.They will also increase their composition by expanding their knowledge by way of practice.The PCF, in cooperation with employers, will show young people how to succeed and become an expert in their field.The forms of support provided in the project will affect the competitiveness of the graduates of the PCF as a future medical team.The aim is to educate students in such directions, which are very important for Poland from the point of view of the development of services in a given sector, in view of the ageing population and the increase in the nursing needs and competitiveness of our companies, including in the markets.This investment in students is expected to provide a job to graduates in the future and thus reduce the level of unemployment (English)
