Celem projektu jest rozwój kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, analitycznych i cyfrowych studentów Wydziału Filologicznego UJ w okresie od kwietnia 2017 do września 2019 poprzez realizację kompleksowego programu wsparcia opracowanego w oparciu o analizy rynku pracy i zapotrzebowania pracodawcy z wykorzystaniem zajęć warsztatowych kształcących kompetencje, wizyt studyjnych u pracodawców oraz dodatkowych zadań praktycznych dla studentów realizowanych w formie projektowej, w tym w ramach zespołów projektowych. GRUPA DOCELOWA Projekt skierowany jest do 400 S (320 K i 80 M) ostatnich dwóch semestrów studiów I i II stopnia na kierunku neofilologia (wszystkie specjalności) Wydziału Filologicznego UJ. Liczba studentów została oszacowana na podstawie liczby S wskazanych lat i kierunku oraz S realizujących uprawnienia pedagogiczne w roku akademickim 2015-2016. ZADANIA I. ŚCIEŻKA KORPORACYJNA 1. OUTSOURCING W ZASIĘGU RĘKI Warsztaty kształcące kompetencje zawodowe i komunikacyjne w zakresie specyfiki pracy w sektorze outsourcingu (korporacji międzynarodowych). 2. NIE BÓJ SIĘ IT! KOMPETENCJE CYFROWE W OUTSOURCINGU Warsztaty kształcące kompetencje cyfrowe w zakresie specyfiki pracy w outsourcingu (korporacji międzynarodowych). 3. POZNAJ SWOJEGO PRZYSZŁEGO PRACODAWCĘ - wizyty studyjne w celu zapoznania się ze specyfiką pracy w sektorze outsourcingu (korporacji międzynarodowych). II. ŚCIEŻKA NAUCZYCIELSKA 1. JAK SOBIE RADZIĆ Z TRUDNOŚCIAMI W SZKOLE? – Warsztaty kształcące kompetencje zawodowe, analityczne i komunikacyjne w zakresie diagnozowania i rozwiązywania problemów, na jakie napotyka nauczyciel w pracy z dziećmi i młodzieżą oraz na jakie napotyka sam podczas własnej ścieżki zawodowej. 2. 2. ZAPROJEKTuj INTERAKTYWNY KURS JĘZYKA - zajęcia projektowe mające na celu podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych i cyfrowych w zakresie efektywnego i kreatywnego wykorzystania tablic interaktywnych w codziennej pracy dydaktycz (Polish)
