Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększenie do 30.09.2018 aktywności zawod. i zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia u 10os./8K/2M w tym: 5os./4K/1M-bezrobotnych; 3os./2K/1M-nieaktywnych/biernych zawod.; 2os./2K/0M-bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy, powyżej 29 roku życia [tj. od dnia 30 urodzin] z pow.kętrzyńskiego oraz uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez minimum 38% uczestników proj. do 3m-cy od zakończenia udziału w proj. Udział w proj.trwa 14m-cy [1.08.2017-30.09.2018]. Aby przystąpić do proj.trzeba spełniać łącznie warunki: A] mieć ukończone 29 lat; B] mieszkać na terenie pow.kętrzyńskiego; C] posiadać status osoby bezrobotnej lub biernej zawodowo lub bezrobotnej niezarejestrowanej w urzędzie pracy-[weryfikacja statusu następuje na podstawie złożonego oświadczenia]; D] posiadać maksymalnie wykształ.ponadgimnazjalne-[preferowane niższe wykształ.,np.:podstawowe, gimnazjalne]. W przypadku chęci przystąpienia do proj.przez osobę z niepełnospr. poza spełnieniem powyższych warunków trzeba posiadać aktualne orzeczenie o niepełnospr. lub inny dokument określający stan zdrowia. W proj. przewidziano następujące formy wsparcia dla wszystkich uczestników proj.: - grupowy warsztat psychologiczno-doradczy z zakresu technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy-(40 godzin); - poradnictwo zawod. połączone z wypracowywaniem / uaktualnianiem IPD-(4 godziny na osobę); - indywidualne szkolenia zawod.dostosowane do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy-(1 szkolenie trwające średnio 150 godzin dydaktycznych na 1 uczestnika proj.); - 4 m-czne staże zawod.; - indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy-(2 godziny na osobę); - 1 giełdę pracy na zakończenie proj. Przewidziano także wsparcie towarzyszące jak: zwrot kosztów dojazdu na każdą z form wsparcia, stypendia szkoleniowe oraz stażowe, wyżywienie-całodniowy catering oraz obiad, zwrot kosztów opieki nad osobami zależnymi / dzieckiem, pokrycie kosztów niezbędnych badań lekarskich i ubezpieczenie NNW. The main objective of the project is to increase the activity and employability of 10os./8K/2M to 30.09.2018, including: 5os./4K/1M-bezrobotnych; 3os./2K/1M-nieaktywnych/passive azard.; 2os./2K/0M-bezrobotnych unregistered at the employment office, over the age of 29 [i.e. from day 30 of birth], and the gaining of employment for a minimum of 38 % of participants at 3 months from the end of their participation in proj. The percentage of the projth is 14 months [1.08.2017-30.09.2018]. In order to proceed with the entities, the following cumulative conditions must be fulfilled: Be not less than 29 years of age; (a) be at least years of age; Live in a powder-area; (c) have the status of unemployed or inactive person or unemployed person not registered at the office of labour — [verification of status shall be made on the basis of a declaration made]; They have the maximum amount of upper secondary education (e.g. basic, lower secondary). If they wish to do so, an up-to-date judgment with a disability or other health document must be provided in addition to those conditions. The project provides for the following forms of support for all participants: Group psychological-advisory workshop on active labour search techniques (40 hours); — careers advice connected to the development/updating of IPD- (4 hours per person); — individual training courses adapted to the skills and suitability of the participants and the needs of the local labour market — (1 training course of an average of 150 teaching hours per 1 participant proj.); — 4 months spent work placements; — individual prams — (2 hours per person); 1 stock exchange at the end of prop. Support is also provided for: reimbursement of travel costs for each form of support, training and traineeship grants, all-day catering and lunch, reimbursement of the costs of care for the dependent persons/child, reimbursement of the costs of medical check-ups and insurance of the NNW.
