Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia (os. długotrwale bezrobotne, os.z niepełnosprawnościami, os. starsze w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety). Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie powiatu braniewskiego Okres realizacji projektu 01.01.2019-31.12.2019, rekrutacja uczestników do 31.12.2019. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby opisane wyżej, którym zostanie przeprowadzona analiza predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych poprzez usługę pośrednictwa pracy, poradnictwa zawodowego. Każdorazowo przygotowane zostaną IPD,o których mowa w art.2 ust.1 pkt 10a i art 34a ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy lub inny dokument pełniącego analogiczna funkcję, a dla osób które je posiadają zostaną one zaktualizowane. Każdy uczestnik otrzyma ofertę wsparcia, obejmująca takie formy pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u niego jako niezbędne w celu poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy. Planowany zakres wsparcia to następujące zadania: staże dla79osób Uczestnikom odbywającym staż będziemy refundować częściowy zwrot opieki na dzieckiem do lat 7.Wpłata jednorazowych środków na podjecie działalności gospodarczej dla 22osób. Refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 44osób oraz prace interwencyjne zorganizowane dla 128osób .W ramach projektu planujemy zaktywizować 273osób126K/143M Dzięki zastosowanym instrumentom wsparcia stworzone zostaną warunki oraz pomoc w podjęciu zatrudnienia lub poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy.Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci również usługą pośrednictwa pracy/poradnictwa zawodowego. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for unemployed persons aged over 30 (long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, people with disabilities, people with disabilities, people with disabilities, women). The project will be carried out in the territory of the Bratislava district of the implementation period 01.01.2019-31.12.2019, with the recruitment of participants up to 31.12.2019. In the framework of the project, support will be provided to the persons described above, to whom an analysis of predisposition and professional problems by means of a job placement service will be carried out. The IPDs referred to in Article 2 (1) (10a) and Article 34a of the Law on Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions or another document with a similar function and for those who hold them shall be updated. Each participant will be offered support, including forms of assistance that will be identified as necessary in order to improve the labour market situation. The intended scope of support is the following: traineeships for 79-trainee participants will be reimbursed a partial reimbursement of childcare until the 7s. one-off measures on business activities for 22 persons. The cost of equipping or retro-fitting work stations for 44 persons and the intervention works organised for 128osób.Within the framework of the project we plan to activate 273osób126K/143M. this will include the creation of conditions and aid to take up employment or improve the situation on the labour market. project participants will also be covered by a work/career counselling service.
