Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa Domu Seniora w miejscowości Kolumna w powiecie łaskim w województwie łódzkim wraz z zakupem wyposażenia niezbędnego do osiągnięcia celów realizowanego projektu. Podstawowym celem działalności Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Kolumnie będzie zaspokojenie potrzeb bytowych, opiekuńczych, terapeutycznych, społecznych i religijnych mieszkańców na poziomie wykraczającym poza obowiązujący standard. Realizacja inwestycji umożliwi zapewnienie dostępu do niedrogich, wysokiej jakości usług społecznych odpowiadających potrzebom ich odbiorców oraz przyczyniających się do ograniczenia wykluczenia społecznego osób w podeszłym wieku oraz ich aktywizacji. Przedsięwzięcie wpłynie na rozwój opieki nad osobami starszymi oraz osobami starszymi z niepełnosprawnościami. Zadania w projekcie to: Roboty budowlane, Zakup wyposażenia, Nadzór inwestorski, Zarządzanie projektem, promocja projektu i oferty Wnioskodawcy, Szkolenia EFS. Efekty realizacji projektu – utworzenie 62 miejsc dla pensjonariuszy: mężczyzn i kobiet, w pokojach jedno i dwu osobowych oraz apartamentach, przy zatrudnieniu 32 osób. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z podmiotem ekonomii społecznej - Stowarzyszeniem Amazonek Łask-Kolumna. Dom Pomocy Społecznej Kolumna oraz przy wsparciu podmiotów świadczących opiekę lekarską i wsparcie socjalne – na zasadnie zawartych porozumień. Wnioskodawca zakłada, iż z uwagi na fakt, iż w regionie nie ma tego typu placówki, adresatami oferty będą przede wszystkim mieszkańcy regionu, w dalszej kolejności mieszkańcy województwa i kraju. Projekt uwzględnia potrzeby terytorialne i trendy demograficzne, wynikające z faktu starzenia się społeczeństwa, poparte analizą potrzeb. (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of a Senora House in the city of Columna in the province of Łódź together with the purchase of equipment necessary for the achievement of the objectives of the project. The primary objective of the activities of the Social Assistance House in Colombia will be to meet the needs of subsistence, care, therapeutic, social and religious residents beyond the standard in force. The realisation of investments will make it possible to ensure access to affordable, high-quality social services that meet the needs of their recipients and help to reduce the social exclusion of older people and their activation. The project will affect the development of care for the elderly and the elderly with disabilities. The tasks of the project are: Construction work, purchase of equipment, investor’s supervision, project management, project promotion and Applicant’s bid, ESF Training. The effects of the project — the creation of 62 places for residents: men and women, in rooms of one and two people and of apartments, involving 32 persons. The project will be carried out in partnership with the Social Economy Operator, the Amazon Łasko-Column Association. The Social Assistance House of Colombia and with the support of providers of medical care and social support, on the basis of the agreements legitimately concluded. The applicant assumes that, in view of the fact that there are no such facilities in the region, the addressees of the tender will primarily be the inhabitants of the region, followed by the inhabitants of the province and the country. The project takes into account the territorial needs and demographic trends resulting from the ageing of the population, supported by an analysis of needs. (English)
