Projekt wynika z LPR Miasta Ostróda i ma służyć aktywnej integracji społeczności lokalnej, a w tym mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji. Zaplanowane w ramach procesu rewitalizacji działania, ukierunkowane na całe rodziny dotknięte sytuacją kryzysową, pozwolą na rozwiązanie wielu problemów. Przełoży się na obniżenie negatywnych wskaźników sfery społecznej, poprzez przywrócenie funkcji rekreacyjnych, nadanie funkcji kulturalnych z wdrożeniem działań społecznych skierowanych do mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizowanego. Działanie pozwoli stworzyć miejsce do spędzania czasu wolnego w sposób aktywny, zdrowy i pożyteczny. Zachęca młodzież do aktywnego trybu życia i spędzania czasu wolnego z dala od nałogów, uzależnień i nadmiernego korzystania ze świata cyfrowego. Projekt bazuje na sprawdzonych modelach wdrożonych w innych miastach – np. rewitalizacji Osiedla Nikiszowiec w Katowicach w powiązaniu z obiektem sportowo-rekreacyjnym (lodowiskiem Jantor), który miał znaczący wpływ na aspekt społeczny w rewitalizacji terenu osiedla. W ramach projektu przewidziano: • przywrócenie funkcji rekreacyjnych nieczynnemu obiektowi basenowemu • ożywienie wykorzystania obiektu (adaptacja pomieszczenia na salę szkoleniową) • punkt wymiany książek (bookcrossing) • punkt konsultacji społecznych (miejsce do prezentowania i konsultowania zamierzeń miejskich z możliwością składania opinii na ich temat) • monitoring (system dozoru wizyjnego) • realizację projektu we współpracy z CK oraz ŻO-E • realizację działań finansowanych z EFS Zakres prac: 1. Branża budowlana 2. Branża elektryczna 3. Branża teletechniczna 4. Technologia basenowa 5. Instalacje sanitarne (wodociągowe, sanitarne, wód basenowych i popłucznych) Przewidziane działania wpisują się w cele określone w SzOOP "Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji"- realizacja projektu przyczynia się do kompleksowej rewitalizacji i lepszej jakości życia mieszkańców, poprzez promowanie włączenia społecznego i walkę z dyskryminacją. The project stems from the LPR City of Ostóda and is aimed at active inclusion of the local community, including the inhabitants of the regeneration area. The entire families affected by the crisis will be able to resolve a number of problems, as part of the process of revitalisation of the affected families. This will lead to a reduction in negative social indicators through the restoration of recreational functions, the allocation of cultural functions to the implementation of social measures for the inhabitants of the regenerated area. The action will make it possible to take an active, healthy and useful place to spend free time. It encourages young people to have an active lifestyle and to take their time away from the habit, addiction and the excessive use of the digital world. The project is based on validated models in other cities — for example, the revitalisation of the District of Katowice for the District of Katowice, in conjunction with the Jitor Janitor, which has had a significant impact on the social aspect of the regeneration of a residential area. The project involves: • Rerecreation of a non-active swimming pool facility• Restoring utilisation of the facility (conversion of room to the training room)• Booking point• the point of public consultation (location for presentation and consultation of urban projects with the possibility to comment on them)• monitoring (video surveillance system)• implementation of the project in cooperation with CK and ŻO-E• implementation of ESF-financed activities: 1. Construction sector 2. Electricity sector 3. Tele-4 Industry. Pool technology 5. Sanitation facilities (water, sanitation, water and swimming pool water). the activities are in line with the objectives set by the “Areas requiring regeneration” in the OP. implementation of the project contributes to the comprehensive regeneration and better quality of life of the inhabitants, by promoting social inclusion and combating discrimination.
