Projekt dotyczy programu współpracy szkół kształcenia zawodowego z pracodawcami i realizuje Model 1 poprzez współpracę szkoły z pracodawcami, diagnozę uczniów, wyposażenie uczniów w dodatkowe umiejętności/kwalifikacje zawodowe, staże.Celem projektu jest wzrost wiedzy i umiejętności pracowniczych 40 uczniów/nic Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych im. Santora Petöfi w Ostródzie poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu wsparcie w postaci szkoleń, kursów i staży zawodowych w okresie wrze2018-wrze2019 roku. Realizacja celu przyczynią się do podniesienia poziomu kompetencji i umiejętności zaw.osób dorosłych, jak również pozwoli na zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów szkół kszt.zaw., co wpłynie na podniesie jakość i efektywności kszt. zawodowej w Ostródzie. Efekty zgodne z rezultatami Działania 2.4 RPO W-M dla MODELU 1 w Typie 1 SZOOP.Wydatki w projekcie są rozliczane kwotami ryczałtowymi. (Polish)

The project relates to a vocational training school with employers and a model 1 by means of cooperation between schools and employers, the diagnosis of pupils, the equipping of pupils with additional skills/professional qualifications. the project aims to increase the knowledge and skills of 40 pupils/students of the Team of Professional Schools in Ostroda through training, courses and work placements in the framework of the project in the form of training, courses and work placements in the period of September 2018-September. The objective will be to improve the level of skills and skills of adults, as well as to increase the employability of school students with a view to improving the quality and efficiency of their professional skills. Results in line with the results of Measure 2.4 ROP W-M for MODELU 1 in type 1 SZOP.Expenses in the project are accounted for by lump sums. (English)
