Celem gł. proj. jest wzrost dostępu do usług społ. świadczonych na ter. Gm. Bojadła dla os. zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społecz. poprzez utworzenie i funkcjonowanie 20 miejsc świadcz. usług opiekuńczych w formie Klubu Seniora dla 20os. niesamodzielnych w tym 15K i 5M w okresie VI.19-VIII.21r. Grupę doc. proj. stanowić będzie 20os. (15K;5M) starszych niesamodzielnych z ter. Gm. Bojadła. W ramach proj. realiz. będą dwa zadania: - zad. 1 dot. utworzenia miejsc świadcz. usług opiekuńczych w formie Klubu Seniora i zakupieniu wyposażenia w okr. VI-VIII.19r. - zad. 2 dot. bieżącego funkcjonowania Klubu w okr. IX.19-VIII.21r. W ramach funkcjonowania klubu zatrudniony zostanie koordynator, odpowiedzialny za prowadzenie klubu oraz realiz. będą różne formy wspierające os. niesamodzielne (zajęcia/ spotkania ze specjalist./ spotkania okolicznościowe/ wyjazdy). Główne rezultaty i produkty, które zostaną osiągnięte w proj.: - licz. os. zagroż. ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz. społecz. objętych usługami opiekuńczymi świadczonymi w społeczności lokalnej w progr. – 20os. - licz. utworzonych w progr. miejsc świadcz. usług opiekuńczych istniejących po zakończ. pr. – 20. The objective is to increase access to social services. To address the risk of poverty or social exclusion through the creation and operation of 20 welfare services in the form of a Senior Senior Club for 20K and 5M in the period VI.19-VIII.21. The group will be 20os. (15k; 5M) of older dependent older persons. GM. Bojadła. This will be done through two tasks: — zd. 1 on the creation of care services in the form of a Senior Citizens’ Club and the purchase of equipment in a window. VI-VIII.19 — zd. 2 on the current functioning of Klubu in the window. IX.19-VIII.21. As part of the running of the club, a coordinator will be recruited, who will be responsible for the running of the club and will implement them. Main results and outputs to be obtained in proj.: Poverty and/or exclusion of social welfare services in the local community in PROGR. — 20os.
