POWIAT ŻNIŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W ŻNINIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żnińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez - uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych – w co najmniej 43%; - osoby niepełnosprawne – w co najmniej 17%; -osoby długotrwale bezrobotne – w co najmniej 35%; -osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach – w co najmniej 36%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county.The main output of the project will be to take up employment by the participants, who are not eligible for any of the following target groups, in at least 43 %;— persons with disabilities — at least 17 %;Long-term unemployed — at least 35 %;— the low-skilled — at least 36 %.Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
