W ramach projektu zaplanowano ocenę wpływu płukania nosa i zatok przynosowych roztworem bakterii z rodzajów Lactobacillus plantarum szczep AMT14 i Bifidobacterium animalis szczep AMT30 w przebiegu zapalenia błony śluzowej nosa i zatok przynosowych wywołanych obecnością bakterii z rodzaju Staphyloccocus u pacjentów z chorobą autoimmunologiczną - ziarniniakowatością z zapaleniem naczyń”. Badania wykonywane będą przez zespół wnioskodawcy w laboratorium zlokalizowanym w Olsztyńskim Parku Naukowo-Technologicznym. Etapy realizacji projektu: -złożenie wniosku o dof. -podpisanie umowy o dof. -wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konk. -zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozpoczęcie prac -realizacja prac zgodnie z założonym harm. -zakończenie projektu i podpisanie protokołu końcowego -końcowe rozliczenie projektu Sposób wdrażania zakresu rzeczowego: -podpisanie umowy -realizacja etapów: 1.Etap 1 – badania in vivo (1-6 miesiąc projektu) 2.Etap 2 - Badania laboratoryjne (2-18 miesiąc projektu): 3.Etap 3 – badania eksperymentalne - przygotowanie końcowego produktu w dwóch wariantach i ocenie jego przez grupę badanych osób, jeżeli chodzi o łatwość aplikacji Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP, realizując cel wzrost innowacyjności firm w obszarach inteligentnych specjalizacji dzięki działalności badawczo-rozwojowej. Realizacja proj. wpłynie na zwiększenie odsetka przedsiębiorstw innowacyjnych funkcjonujących w województwie warmińsko -mazurskim dzięki ich działalności badawczo-rozwojowej oraz zwiększenie liczby podmiotów gospodarczych współpracujących z ośrodkami badawczymi a tym samym poziomu inwestycji prywatnych uzupełniających publiczne wsparcie dla przedsiębiorstw. The project is designed to evaluate the impact of the rinsing of the nose and sinuses of the bacteria with the types of Lactobacillus plantarum strain AMT14 and Bifidobacterium animalis strain AMT30, in the course of the nasal sinometritis and the nasal sinuses induced by the presence of a bacterium of the genus Staphylococcus scocopus in patients with self-immune diseases — gravies with inflammation of the pans.” The tests will be carried out by a team of the applicant in a laboratory located in the District Science and Technology Park. The phases of the implementation of the project: — the request for the DOF. Signature of the contract for the DOF. The contractor’s selection of the contractor in accordance with the Konkrule. Conclusion of the contract with the contractor and start of works to be carried out in line with the established reality. — Completion of the project and signature of the Final Protocol — Final statement of the project — Method of implementing the material scope: Signature of contract — implementation of the stages: 1.Step 1 in vivo study (1-6 month project) 2.Step 2 — Laboratory tests (2-18 month project): 3.Step 3 — experimental studies — the preparation of the final product in two options and its assessment by a group of respondents in terms of ease of application is in line with the SzOOP, pursuing the objective of increasing firms’ innovation in smart specialisation areas through R & D activities. The objective will be to increase the share of innovative enterprises in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodeship thanks to their R & D activities and to increase the number of economic operators cooperating with research centres and thus the level of private investment complementing public support to businesses.
