Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych skierowanych dla dzieci i młodzieży na terenie Gminy Kalwaria Zebrzydowska poprzez utworzenie nowych miejsc opieki i wychowania w ramach placówek wsparcia dziennego PWD z których skorzysta łącznie 90 osób.Grupa docelowa: dzieci i młodzież w wielu do18 lat ich rodziny oraz nowopowstała placówka wsparcia dziennego. Główne zadania realizowane w ramach projektu: zadanie 1. Dostosowanie budynku do pełnienia funkcji PWD, zadanie 2. Rekrutacja, opracowanie i aktualizacja IPW, zadanie 3. Zapewnienie działalności PWD w formie opiekuńczej oraz w formie specjalistycznej, zadanie 4. Wsparcie rodziny, zadanie 5. Kursy szkolenia dla kadry nauczycielskiej.Główne rezultaty: utworzenie 30 miejsc opieki i wychowania w nowej PWD w Stanisławiu Dolnym.Uruchomienie wsparcia w postaci usług pomocy w opiece i wychowaniu dziecka na terenie Gminy Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. The aim of the project is to increase access to social services for children and young people in the municipality of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska by the creation of new care and education facilities within the PWD daily support facilities from which a total of 90 people will benefit: children and young people in many 18 years of their family and a newly created daily support facility. The main tasks of the project are as follows: target 1. The building’s adjustment to the PWD function, Activity 2. Recruitment, development and updating of the IPW, Task 3. Ensuring the activities of the PWDs in the care and in the specific form of Task 4. Family support, Task 5. Training courses for the teaching staff: main results: the creation of 30 places of care and upbringing in the new PWD in Stanislawiu Dolna — Launch of support in the form of assistance services in the care and upbringing of a child in the municipality of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.
