Działania zaplanowane w projekcie zostały ukierunkowane na rozwijanie i kształtowanie wśród uczniów i uczennic Liceum Ogólnokształcącego w Pyskowicach wchodzącego w skład Zespołu Szkół im. Marii Konopnickiej w Pyskowicach kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty w trakcie realizacji projektu, tj. od 01.09.2019 do 25.06.2021 poprzez organizację różnych form dodatkowych zajęć kształcących kompetencje kluczowe, kreatywność, innowacyjność, umiejętność pracy w grupie oraz umiejętność kreowania własnego rozwoju edukacyjno – zawodowego. W projekcie przewidziano również doskonalenie zawodowe kadry pedagogicznej oraz wyposażenie szkolnych pracowni w pomoce i sprzęt niezbędny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów. W wyniku zaplanowanych zadań w projekcie zostaną osiągnięte wszystkie obligatoryjne wskaźniki. Grupa docelowa będzie liczyła 99 uczniów i uczennic oraz 10 nauczycielek. (Polish)

The actions planned in the project have been designed to develop and develop among the pupils and students of the Secondary School in Pyskowice, which is part of the Maria Konopnicka School in Pyskowicach, which is essential for the labour market. This will be achieved during the implementation of the project, i.e. from 01.09.2019 to 25.06.2021 through the organisation of different forms of additional classes of key competences, creativity, innovation, the ability to work in the group and the ability to create their educational and professional development. The project also foresees the training of teaching staff and the provision of equipment for school staff and equipment needed to achieve the desired results. As a result of the planned tasks, all mandatory indicators will be reached in the project. The target group will have 99 pupils and students and 10 teachers. (English)
