Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia, które zostały zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego uczestnika. Następnie na tej podstawie każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej. Będzie to podłożem do realizacji przez PUP odpowiednio dobranych usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których jest mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wszystkie uczestniczki i uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci (założenie/aktualizacja) IPD, którego realizacja ma doprowadzić do poprawy ich sytuacji w kierunku umożliwiającym im podjęcie zatrudnienia. Uczestnicy projektu dostaną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej obejmującej wsparcie w postaci: staży, szkoleń, jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment of persons aged 30 and above who are unemployed in beef district. The project will support persons over the age of 30 who have been eligible to the first aid profiles (so called ‘active unemployed’) or the second aid profile (the so-called ‘jobless’). The project will analyse the skills, suitability and professional problems of each participant. On this basis, a specific offer of activation will be provided to each participant. This will be the basis for the implementation by the PLO of the relevant services and labour market instruments referred to in the Law on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. All participants and project participants will be included (assumption/update) of the IPD, whose implementation is expected to improve their situation in order to enable them to take up employment. Project participants will be offered an employment activation offer including support in the form of: traineeships, training, one-off measures for business start-ups. (English)
