Projekt realizowany będzie przez Gm.Jerzmanowa w 2016r do III kw.2017r. Projekt nie jest realizowany w partnerstwie/konsorcjum, nie jest objęty schematem pomocy publicznej. Projekt dotyczy dwóch obiektów wpisanych do rejestru zabytków (Pałac - wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod nr A/2921/168/318/L z dn. 15.03. 1961r.; Park - wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod nr A/2922/563/L z 6.05.1980 r.), jest pierwszym etapem szerszego przedsięwzięcia i polega na realizacji zadań: 1.Remont dachu; 2.Uporządkowanie otoczenia; 3.Zakup kamery ze statywem; 4.Promocja: zakup tablicy infor.-pamiątkowej,zakup usługi stworzenia wirtualnego spaceru po posiadłości. Zadania będą realizowane przez zleceniobiorców wyłonionych w procedurach konkurencyjnych. Projekt odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby odbiorców, tj. mieszkańców gminy Jerzmanowa, pracowników Urzędu i jednostek podległych, turystów, podmiotów gosp. Celem głównym projektu jest ochrona i wzrost atrakcyjności zabytkowego Pałacu w Jerzmanowej i jego otoczenia, a tym samym wzrost jego wykorzystania przez mieszkańców i turystów gminy. Cel realizowany będzie przez cele szczegółowe: - zabezpieczenie budynku przed dalszą degradacją, przeciekami, wilgocią, przemarznięciem, zwierzętami, - wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynku, - zabezpieczenie i uporządkowanie otoczenia budynku, - wzrost bezpieczeństwa użytkowania budynku i jego otoczenia przez pracowników, mieszkańców i turystów gminy. Cele projektu zgodne są z celami RPO WD na lata 2014-2020, realizują założenia Strategii Rozwoju Gm.Jerzmanowa. Projekt jest komplementarny do dotychczas zrealizowanych inwestycji związanych z tworzeniem miejsc promocji i rozwoju tradycji i kultury na terenie Gminy Jerzmanowa. Projekt realizowany jest na działce i w obiekcie będącymi własnością Wnioskodawcy, posiada pozwolenie na budowę. Projekt wdrażany będzie przez osoby będące pracownikami Urzędu Gminy Jerzmanowa, posiadającymi odpowiednią wiedzę, wykształcenie i doświadczenie w rea (Polish)

The project will be implemented by the Gm.jermanowa in 2016 and the third to the third quarter of 2017. The project is not implemented in partnership/consortium, not covered by the public aid scheme. The project concerns two sites listed in the Register of Historical Monuments (Palais — registered in the Register of Historical Monuments under No A/2921/168/318/L of 15.03. 1961R; The park — registered in the Register of Historical Monuments under No A/2922/563/L of 6.05.1980), is the first step in a broader project and consists of the execution of the following tasks: 1.Remont roof; 2.Current environment; 3.Purchase of camera with stable cameras; 4.Promotion: the purchase of a commemorative plaque, purchase of a service for the creation of a virtual spam post. The tasks will be carried out by contractors selected in competitive procedures. The project addresses the identified needs of the public, i.e. the inhabitants of the municipality of Jerzmanov, employees of the Office and of the subordinate bodies, tourists, business operators. The main aim of the project is to protect and increase the attractiveness of the heritage Palace in Jerzmanov and its surroundings, thus increasing its use by local residents and tourists. The objective shall be pursued by the specific objectives of: — securing a building against further degradation, leaks, damp treatment, animals, — increasing the energy efficiency of the building, — securing and cleaning the building environment, — increasing the security of the building’s use and surroundings by workers, local residents and tourists. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of the ROP for 2014-2020. The project is complementary to the investments made so far in the creation of sites for the promotion and development of traditions and culture in the municipality of Jerzmanov. The project is carried out on a parcel and at a facility owned by the Applicant, has a building permit. The project will be implemented by persons who are employees of the Luxembourg municipality with appropriate knowledge, education and experience in rea. (English)
