PRZEDMIOT PROJEKTU Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej – Hali sportowej, która ma znaczenie regionalne z uwagi na rozgrywające się w niej zawody sportowe. Projekt będzie realizowany przy ul. Ząbkowickiej 26, w Kamieńcu Ząbkowickim. Głównym problemem jest niska efektywność energetyczna budynku wynikająca z wysokiej przepuszczalności cieplnej ścian, stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej. ZAKRES RZECZOWY Do zakresu rzeczowego projektu należą: 1.Audyt energetyczny, 2.Dokumentacja projektowa i kosztorysowa, 3.Studium wykonalności wraz z wnioskiem o dofinansowanie, 4.Roboty budowlane, 6.Promocja projektu. Projekt nie został jeszcze rozpoczęty. Planowany termin realizacji projektu to 07.2015-12.2018. Wnioskodawca jest przygotowany do realizacji projektu, posiada niezbędną dokumentację techniczną (audyt energetyczny), kosztorys, oraz pozwolenie na budowę. ODBIORCY PROJEKTU Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy pobliskiej Szkoły Podstawowej, Gminy Kamieniec Ząbkowicki i województwa dolnośląskiego. EFEKTY PROJEKTU Efektem projektu będzie osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: 1. Produktu: -Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków–1 szt. -Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji–1797,33 m2 -Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE–1 szt. -Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła–1 szt. 2. Rezultatu: -Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej-909,68 GJ/rok -Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych–59,07 tony równoważnika CO2/rok SPOSÓB REALIZACJI PROJEKTU Wnioskodawcą i inwestorem będzie Gmina Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, która będzie realizować projekt przy pomocy swojego aparatu administracyjnego – Urzędu Gminy. Urząd dysponuje doświadczonymi specjalistami w dziedzinie pozyskiwania środków unijnych, realizacji inwestycji infrastrukturalnych, rozliczania finansowego i promocji. (Polish)

The project’s project is the comprehensive energy renovation of a public utility, which has a regional relevance because of the sporting competitions involved. The project will be implemented at ul. Ząbkowicka 26, in Kamieu Ząbkowicki. The main problem is the poor energy efficiency of a building resulting from the high thermal permeability of walls, doors and window frames. The material scope of the project is: 1.Energy audit, 2.Design and cost estimates, 3.Feasibility study with application for funding, 4.Construction works, 6.Design promotion. The project has not yet started. The planned date for the implementation of the project is 07.2015-12.2018. The applicant is prepared to implement the project, has the necessary technical documentation (energy audit), a financial statement and a building permit. The project recipients of the project will be the residents of the nearby Basic School, the municipality of Kazankowicki and the Dolnoslaskie region. The project deliverables of the project will result in the achievement of the following indicators: 1. Product — Number of modernised buildings — 1 buildings — usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation (1 797.33 m²) -Number of units generating heat generation from OE-1. — Number of modernised sources of float — 1. 2. Result: — The amount of saved heating energy — 909,68 GJ/year -Szazane annual drop in greenhouse gas emissions — 59,07 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions — tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions — CO2/rok of the proposal and the investor will be invested in the municipality of Kazankowicki, which will implement the project by its administrative apparatus — the local authority.
