Celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności i produktywności firmy poprzez wprowadzenie w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjnych procesów technologicznych oraz dywersyfikację produktów. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup środków trwałych: - centrum obróbczego trzyosiowego sterowanego numerycznie przeznaczonego do obróbki płyt włóknisto-cementowych, paneli kompozytowych, aluminium, drewna, plastików, - centrum obróbczego czteroosiowego sterowanego numerycznie przeznaczone do obróbki aluminium, stopów metali lekkich, PVC, stali, - piły dwugłowicowej sterowanej numerycznie. Zakupione centrum obróbcze do aluminium, PVC oraz piła wykorzystywane będą we wszystkich procesach produkcji realizowanych w firmie, natomiast centrum do obróbki m.in. płyt włókno-cementowych służyć będzie w procesie produkcji fasad wentylowanych. Wprowadzenie nowoczesnych i precyzyjnych maszyn pozwoli na zasadniczą zmianę procesu produkcji polegającą na automatyzacji oraz znaczącym zwiększeniu wydajności procesu. Ponadto w ramach projektu planowane jest utworzenie dwóch stanowisk pracy oraz poniesienie wydatków związanych z rozliczeniem projektu. Potrzeba realizacji inwestycji wynika z problemów zdiagnozowanych w firmie m.in. niewystarczającego parku maszynowego oraz uzależnienia od podwykonawców. Projekt zakłada, iż dzięki nowoczesnym maszynom możliwe będzie wdrożenie innowacyjnego w skali kraju produktu - fasad ażurowych wentylowanych wykonanych z płyty włóknisto-cementowej metodą perforacji Ponadto wdrożony zostanie nowy dla przedsiębiorstwa proces prefabrykacji płyt na potrzeby produkcji fasad wentylowanych (dotychczas podzlecany). Sterowane numeryczne, zaawansowane technologicznie maszyny pozwolą na wzrost wydajności produkcji, szybką reakcję na potrzeby rynku (realizacja dużych zamówień dotychczas nieobsługiwanych) oraz zmianę parametrów jakościowych dotychczas oferowanych produktów. The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and productivity of the company by introducing innovative technological processes and product diversification within the company. The scope of the project includes the purchase of fixed assets: — Numerical management centre for the treatment of fibre-cement panels, composite panels, aluminium, wood, plastics, — the machining centre of the four-axle steering system designed for the processing of aluminium, light metal alloys, PVC, steel, — numerical control two head machines. The purchase centre of aluminium, PVC and foam will be used in all manufacturing processes carried out within the company, whereas the centre for the processing of fibre cement materials will be used in the production process of the facades. The introduction of modern and specific machinery will lead to a fundamental change in the production process of automation and a significant increase in the efficiency of the process. In addition, the project envisages the creation of two posts and expenses related to the project’s settlement. The need to implement the investment is due to the problems diagnosed with the firm, inter alia, the insufficiency of the machinery and its dependence on the subcontractors. The project assumes that, thanks to modern machinery, it will be possible to implement an innovative machine at the scale of the country — the facades of ventilated fibres made out of the fibre cement plate by the perforation method. in addition, a new process will be put in place for the company to make prefabricated plates for the manufacture of ventilated facades (so far subcontracted). Controlled numerical units, technologically advanced machines will increase production efficiency, respond rapidly to market needs (major contracts that have so far been non-performing) and change the quality parameters of the products already on offer.
