Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkalnego przy ul. Podleskiej 60 wraz z likwidacją "niskiej emisji" poprzez wymianę nieekologicznego ogrzewania węglowego. Budynek ten stanowi zasób komunalny Gminy Mikołów, który w całości przeznaczony jest na mieszkania komunalne udostępniane na szczególnych warunkach a głównym kryterium przydziału mieszkań stanowi wysokość dochodu na osobę w gospodarstwie domowym. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej w sektorze mieszkaniowym, wpłynie również na poprawę jakości powietrza w regionie (w wyniku ograniczenia emisji do atmosfery m.in. dwutlenku węgla) oraz likwidację tzw. „niskiej emisji”. Na skutek głębokiej termomodernizacji poprawi się estetyka obiektu, zwiększy się komfort użytkowania budynku. Nastąpi również zwiększenie postaw pro-ekologicznych wśród mieszkańców. (Polish)

The project consists of a comprehensive energy renovation of a multi-family residential building at ul. Podleka 60 with the elimination of “low emission” by means of an exchange of non-organic coal heating. The building is the municipal resource of the Municipality of Mikołów, which is entirely dedicated to municipal housing made available under specific conditions and the main criterion for the allocation of dwellings is the amount of income per person in the household. The implementation of the project will increase energy efficiency in the residential sector and will also improve the air quality in the region (as a result of reducing atmospheric emissions of, inter alia, carbon dioxide) and the elimination of the so-called “green house”. “low emission”. As a result of deep thermal modernisation the aesthetics of the building will be improved, the comfort of the use of the building will increase. There will also be an increase in environmental attitudes among residents. (English)
