Przedmiotowy projekt realizowany będzie na terenie gminy Mszczonów, położonej w powiecie żyrardowskim, w województwie mazowieckim. Działaniami infrastrukturalnymi, zaplanowanymi do wdrożenia w ramach projektu, objęte będą trzy obiekty użyteczności publicznej: - Budynek Szkoły Podstawowej w Piekarach w którym zostaną wykonane: przebudowa systemu grzewczego , w tym m. in. montaż automatyki pompy ciepła, modernizacja instalacji grzewczej, w tym instalacje zaworów oraz termostatów;zastosowanie automatyki pogodowej;ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku: wymiana okien;modernizacja oświetlenia;montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych - Budynek Zespołu Szkół Publicznych w Osuchowie; w którym zostaną wykonane: przebudowa systemu grzewczego , w tym m. in. montaż automatyki pompy ciepła, modernizacja instalacji grzewczej, w tym instalacje zaworów oraz termostatów;zastosowanie automatyki pogodowej;ocieplenie dachu budynku: wymiana okien;modernizacja oświetlenia;montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych - Budynek gminny z filią Gminnego Centrum Informacji w Osuchowie. w którym zostaną wykonane: przebudowa systemu grzewczego , w tym m. in. montaż automatyki pompy ciepła, modernizacja instalacji grzewczej, w tym instalacje zaworów oraz termostatów;zastosowanie automatyki pogodowej;ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku: wymiana okien;modernizacja oświetlenia;montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych Ponadto, w zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzi wykonanie niezbędnej dokumentacji (audytów energetycznych, dokumentacji projektowej, studium wykonalności i wniosku), nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu. Bezpośrednim efektem projektu będzie zmniejszenie ilości zanieczyszczeń, emitowanych do atmosfery w procesie ogrzewania i zapewnienia dostaw ciepłej wody oraz energii elektrycznej , zwiększenie stopnia wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii oraz ograniczenie kosztów ogrzewania budynków oraz kosztów energii elektrycznej . The project will be implemented in the municipality of Mszczonów, situated in the Żyrardów district, in Mazowieckie Province. The infrastructure actions planned to be implemented by the project will be covered by three public utilities: — Building of the Primary School in Piekary: renovation of the heating system, including, inter alia, installation of automatic heat pump systems, modernisation of heating systems, including valves and thermostats; application of weather automation; insulation of external walls of a building: replacement of windows; modernisation of lighting; installation of photovoltaic cells — Public Schools Group Building in Odrier; in which they will be carried out: renovation of the heating system, including, inter alia, installation of automatic heat pump systems, modernisation of heating systems, including valves and thermostats; application of weather automation; insulation of the roof of a building: replacement of windows; modernisation of lighting; installation of photovoltaic cells — Municipal building with a subsidiary of the Gminny Information Centre in the Odry Information Centre in which they will be built: renovation of the heating system, including, inter alia, installation of automatic heat pump systems, modernisation of heating systems, including valves and thermostats; application of weather automation; insulation of external walls of a building: replacement of windows; modernisation of lighting; installation of photovoltaic cells. furthermore, the project includes the necessary documentation (energy audits, design documentation, feasibility study and application), investor supervision and project promotion. The direct effect of the project will be to reduce the amount of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere in the heating process and to ensure the supply of hot water and electricity, to increase the use of renewable energy sources and to reduce the cost of heating buildings and the cost of electricity.
