Celem projektu jest wdrożenie samodzielnie opracowanej innowacji technologicznej czyli wdrożenie zaawansowanej technologii w zakresie inżynierii materiałowej w instalacjach wodociągowych, kanalizacyjnych gazowych i przemysłowych w zakresie produkcji tulei wielkogabarytowych. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie osiągnięte uruchomienie produkcji nowych produktów - tuleje wielkogabarytowe z tworzyw sztucznych o dowolnej grubości ściany (tuleje kołnierzowe do fi 1200mm, tuleje redukcji doczołowych do fi 630mm, tuleje redukcji elektrooporowych do fi 630mm, tuleje pod mufy elektrooporowe do fi 1200mm). Produkty doskonale nadają się do zadań związanych z transportem mediów, do pracy w niskich i wysokich temperaturach w zależności od rodzaju przesyłanego medium i wymaganego ciśnienia (+60`C do -40`C). Projekt polega na wdrożeniu do produkcji tulei wielkogabarytowych w nowej innowacyjnej technologii. Środkiem realizacji celu jest zakup linii technologicznych oraz maszyn i urządzeń pozwalających wdrożyć do produkcji nowy innowacyjny produkt. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to implement a self-developed technological innovation, i.e. the introduction of advanced technology for material engineering in pipes, gas and industrial sewage pipes for the production of hollows.As a result of the project, the production of new products — large plastic sleeves with any thickness thickness of walls (flanged sleeves to fi 1 200 mm, holdleway sides to fi 630 mm, peak-resistance tubes to fi 630 mm, hollows behind electrostatic precipitators to fi 1 200 mm) will be achieved.The products are perfectly suitable for the tasks connected with the transport of the media, to work at a low and high temperature depending on the type of medium and pressure required (+ 60‘C to -40’C).The project consists of implementing large-scale cores for the production of new innovative technology.The means of achieving the objective is the purchase of technology lines and machinery and equipment for the production of a new innovative product.
