Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014; pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.”Projekt obejmuje usługi doradcze w zakresie przeprowadzenia profesjonalnego procesu projektowego mającego na celu opracowanie projektu nowej usługi z wykorzystaniem platformy giełdy transportowej. Na profesjonalny proces projektowy złożą się następujące fazy: - diagnoza mająca na celu weryfikację potencjału Wnioskodawcy do realizacji projektu oraz analizę otoczenia rynkowego pod kątem zasadności realizacji nowego projektu wzorniczego w postaci platformy giełdy transportowej - określenie strategii działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu platformy, w tym opracowania założeń do briefu projektowego oraz określenie założeń projektowych - tworzenie rozwiązań, prototypowania i testowanie obejmujące opracowanie projektów oraz prototypów platformy i przeprowadzenie niezbędnych testów Wnioskodawca we własnym zakresie dokonał wstępnego audytu (diagnozy) ale w realizacji kolejnych etapów niezbędny jest zakup profesjonalnych usług projektowych. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca planuje również zrealizować inwestycje niezbędne do wdrożenia nowej usługi obejmujące zakup środków trwałych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych. (Polish)
