Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014 Zakres projektu obejmuje przeprowadzenie procedury PCT dla opracowanego wynalazku do zwiększania przepływności sieci telekomunikacyjnych opartych na włóknach wielomodowych. Przez procedurę PCT rozumie się przeprowadzenie zgłoszenia w trybie PCT i późniejsze wejście w tzw. fazy krajowe. Przedmiot projektu zostanie zrealizowany w 3 zadaniach: 1. Przygotowanie zgłoszenia w procedurze PCT, 2. Procedura PCT, 3. Fazy krajowe. W ramach Zad. 1 przygotowana zostanie treść zgłoszenia patentowego do procedury PCT dla proponowanego wynalazku. Treść zgłoszenia zostanie przygotowana we współpracy z kancelarią patentową i profesjonalnym biurem tłumaczeń. W ramach tego zadania nawiązana zostanie ścisła długookresowa współpraca z kancelarią patentową, co pozwoli na osiągnięcie zamierzonych efektów. Zad. 2 to okres analizy przez WIPO patentów mogących być przeciwstawieniem do zgłoszenia Wnioskodawcy. W tym czasie najbardziej uzasadnione jest zlecenie usługi doradczej w zakresie poszukiwania, określenia, wyselekcjonowania i sprawdzenia wiarygodności grupy docelowej potencjalnych partnerów biznesowych zainteresowanych wdrożeniem przedmiotu zgłoszenia. W zad. 3 Wnioskodawca, przy ścisłej Współpracy z Kancelarią patentową, będzie prowadził procedury w poszczególnych krajach wytypowanych do ochrony wynalazku. Wymagania wielu krajów w zakresie procedury patentowej są różne, stąd w każdym z krajów proces negocjacji ostatecznej ochrony patentowej odbywa się oddzielnie. Szczegółowe działania w ramach każdego z zadań opisane są we właściwej części wniosku. Przewidziany czas trwania projektu odzwierciedla średni czas, w jakim ochronę uzyskują wynalazki z tej dziedziny. (Polish)

Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), public funding:Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014, the scope of the project includes the carrying out of a PCT procedure for the developed invention to increase the flow of telecommunication networks based on multi-mode fibres.The PCT procedure is meant to complete the notification in PCT mode and the subsequent entry into the so called “national phase”.The project will be carried out in 3 tasks:1.Preparation of the notification in the PCT procedure, 2.PCT procedure 3.National phase.Within the framework of the Zad.1 will be prepared to prepare the contents of the patent application for PCT’s procedure for the proposed invention.The content of the notification will be prepared in cooperation with a patent firm and a professional translation office.As part of this task, close long-term cooperation with a patent firm will be established in order to achieve the desired results.Task2 The period of examination by WIPO of patents which may be in opposition to the applicant’s notification.At that time, it is justified to request an advisory service to seek, identify, select, and verify the reliability of the target group of potential business partners interested in the implementation of the subject matter of the notification.In the sign.3 The applicant, in close cooperation with the Patent Office, will carry out the procedures in each of the countries selected for the protection of the invention.The requirements of many countries relating to patent procedures vary from one country to another, hence the process of negotiation of the final patent protection will take place separately in each of the countries.Detailed actions within each of the tasks are described in the appropriate part of the proposal.The envisaged duration of the project reflects the average time in which protection is afforded to inventions in that area.
