Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X)Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem Projektu jest opracowanie innowacji procesowej w postaci wydajnej technologii produkcji wysokiej jakości mrożonek kompletowanych do postaci duo i triopacków, poprzez zaprojektowanie i zaimplementowanie dedykowanych i innowacyjnych rozwiązań technologicznych w zakresie dwóch linii produkcyjnych: tj. linii do wstępnej obróbki surowca świeżego oraz linii technologicznej dedykowanej do procesu glazurowania i pakowania do kartonów oraz paletyzacji wyrobów. Planowana do opracowania technologia będzie charakteryzowała się szeregiem unikatowych cech tj.: - zwiększoną efektywnością i wydajnością procesu produkcyjnego, - zwiększoną jakością oferowanych produktów w postaci mrożonek, - zwiększoną elastycznością procesu produkcyjnego względem zamówień, - zmniejszoną energochłonnością pracy wykorzystywanych maszyn i urządzeń, - zwiększoną efektywnością wykorzystania surowca w produkcji, - możliwością dowolnej dywersyfikacji produkcji poprzez zaoferowanie nowego produktu. Osiągnięcie znacząco ulepszonych parametrów procesu technologicznego będzie wynikiem zaplanowanych prac badawczo-rozwojowych w zakresie opracowywania koncepcji procesu wytwarzania mrożonych warzyw i owoców (obejmujących opracowanie kluczowych parametrów elementów linii technologicznej przygotowującej surowiec oraz linii pakującej miksy produktów w karton zbiorczy (duo i triopaki) oraz demonstracji technologii w warunkach rzeczywistego funkcjonowania. Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The purpose of the project is to develop a process of process innovation in the form of efficient production technology for high quality frozen foods which are complete to the form of duo and tricopicans, by designing and implementing dedicated and innovative technology solutions for two production lines:i.e. a line for the pre-treatment of fresh raw material and a technology line dedicated to the glazing and packing process for packing and packing of articles.The technology planned for development will be characterised by a number of unique features:— the increased efficiency and efficiency of the production process, — the increased quality of the products available in the form of frozen products, — the increased flexibility of the production process in relation to procurement, — reduced energy intensity of the machinery and equipment used, — increased efficiency of the use of raw materials in production, — possibility of any diversification of production by offering a new product.The achievement of significantly improved technological process parameters will be the result of the planned research and development (R & D) in the design of the process of producing frozen vegetables and fruits (including the development of key parameters for the elements of the technology line preparing the raw material and packaging lines for product mixes (duo and tribands) and demonstration of technology in real life conditions.
