The main aim of the project is to create conditions for Polish-Ukrainian economic, social and cultural development for residents of the Przemyśl County and the Staryi Sambir Raion through improving the communication access to peripheral areas of the borderland. Thanks to the implementation of the project, in the context of building a new border crossing, Malhowice-Niżankowice, the investment planned in the project will create a joint and efficient transport system which will enable movement between the borderland areas, investments, organization of joint social and cultural undertakings, organization of tourism, including sacred tourism, and closer cooperation between local governments and social organizations. The effect of such project will be the shortening of the travelling time to reach border towns and villages, the improvement of the safety of motor and pedestrian traffic and the protection of vintage buildings which are threatened with excessive traffic. The project will include the redevelopment of 12,41 km of roads on both sides of the border. The investment will create a joint transport system which will connect border areas, thus, fully realizing assumptions and challenges contained in the Poland - Belarus - Ukraine Programme and such realization would not be possible without such Programme's support. L’objectif principal du projet est de créer des conditions propices au développement économique, social et culturel polonais-ukrainien des habitants du comté de Przemyśl et du vieux Raion Sambir en améliorant l’accès aux communications aux zones périphériques de la frontière. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, dans le cadre de la construction d’un nouveau poste frontalier, Malhowice-Niżankowice, l’investissement prévu dans le projet créera un système de transport commun et efficace qui permettra la circulation entre les zones frontalières, les investissements, l’organisation d’entreprises sociales et culturelles communes, l’organisation du tourisme, y compris le tourisme sacré, et une coopération plus étroite entre les collectivités locales et les organisations sociales. Ce projet aura pour effet de raccourcir le temps de déplacement pour atteindre les villes et villages frontaliers, d’améliorer la sécurité de la circulation automobile et piétonne et de protéger les bâtiments anciens menacés de circulation excessive. Le projet comprendra le réaménagement de 12,41 km de routes des deux côtés de la frontière. L’investissement créera un système de transport commun qui reliera les zones frontalières, ce qui permettra de mettre pleinement en œuvre les hypothèses et les défis contenus dans le programme Pologne — Biélorussie — Ukraine, et cette réalisation ne serait pas possible sans le soutien de ce programme. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung von Bedingungen für die wirtschaftliche, soziale und kulturelle Entwicklung polnisch-ukrainischer Bewohner des Landkreises Przemyśl und des Alten Sambir Raion durch Verbesserung des Zugangs zu den Randgebieten des Grenzlandes. Dank der Durchführung des Projekts wird im Rahmen des Baus eines neuen Grenzübergangs Malhowice-Niżankowice mit den geplanten Investitionen ein gemeinsames und effizientes Verkehrssystem geschaffen, das den Übergang zwischen den Grenzgebieten, Investitionen, die Organisation gemeinsamer sozialer und kultureller Unternehmen, die Organisation des Tourismus, einschließlich des heiligen Tourismus, und eine engere Zusammenarbeit zwischen lokalen Regierungen und sozialen Organisationen ermöglicht. Die Auswirkungen eines solchen Projekts werden die Verkürzung der Reisezeit für Grenzstädte und Dörfer, die Verbesserung der Sicherheit des motorischen und Fußgängerverkehrs und der Schutz von Vintage-Gebäuden, die von übermäßigem Verkehr bedroht sind. Das Projekt umfasst die Sanierung von 12,41 km Straßen auf beiden Seiten der Grenze. Het belangrijkste doel van het project is de voorwaarden te scheppen voor de economische, sociale en culturele ontwikkeling van Pools-Oekraïens voor inwoners van de provincie Przemyśl en het oude Sambir Raion, door de toegang tot de perifere gebieden van het grensgebied te verbeteren. Dankzij de uitvoering van het project, in het kader van de bouw van een nieuwe grensovergang Malhowice-Niżankowice, zal de in het project geplande investering leiden tot een gezamenlijk en efficiënt vervoerssysteem dat verkeer tussen grensgebieden mogelijk maakt, investeringen, organisatie van gezamenlijke sociale en culturele ondernemingen, organisatie van het toerisme, met inbegrip van heilig toerisme, en nauwere samenwerking tussen lokale overheden en maatschappelijke organisaties. Het effect van een dergelijk project is de verkorting van de reistijd om grenssteden en dorpen te bereiken, de verbetering van de veiligheid van het motor- en voetgangersverkeer en de bescherming van oude gebouwen die met overmatig verkeer worden bedreigd. Het project omvat de herontwikkeling van 12,41 km wegen aan weerszijden van de grens. De investering zal een gemeenschappelijk vervoerssysteem tot stand brengen dat grensgebieden met elkaar verbindt, zodat de veronderstellingen en uitdagingen van het programma Polen — Wit-Rusland en Oekraïne volledig ten uitvoer worden gelegd, en zonder de steun van het programma zou een dergelijke verwezenlijking niet mogelijk zijn. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di creare le condizioni per lo sviluppo economico, sociale e culturale polacco-ucraino per i residenti della contea di Przemyśl e dell'Antico Sambir Raion migliorando l'accesso alla comunicazione nelle aree periferiche del confine. Grazie all'attuazione del progetto, nel contesto della costruzione di un nuovo valico di frontiera, Malhowice-Niżankowice, l'investimento previsto nel progetto creerà un sistema di trasporto comune ed efficiente che consentirà la circolazione tra le zone frontaliere, gli investimenti, l'organizzazione di imprese sociali e culturali comuni, l'organizzazione del turismo, compreso il turismo sacro, e una più stretta cooperazione tra i governi locali e le organizzazioni sociali. L'effetto di tale progetto sarà la riduzione dei tempi di percorrenza per raggiungere le città di confine e i villaggi, il miglioramento della sicurezza del traffico automobilistico e pedonale e la protezione degli edifici d'epoca che sono minacciati da un traffico eccessivo. Il progetto prevede la riqualificazione di 12,41 km di strade su entrambi i lati del confine. L'investimento creerà un sistema comune di trasporto che collegherà le zone frontaliere, dando così piena attuazione alle ipotesi e alle sfide contenute nel programma Polonia — Bielorussia — Ucraina e tale realizzazione non sarebbe possibile senza il sostegno di tale programma. El objetivo principal del proyecto es crear las condiciones para el desarrollo económico, social y cultural polaco-ucraniano para los residentes del condado de Przemyśl y del antiguo Sambir Raion mejorando el acceso a las comunicaciones a las zonas periféricas de la frontera. Gracias a la ejecución del proyecto, en el contexto de la construcción de un nuevo paso fronterizo, Malhowice-Niżankowice, la inversión prevista en el proyecto creará un sistema de transporte conjunto y eficiente que permitirá la circulación entre las zonas fronterizas, las inversiones, la organización de empresas sociales y culturales conjuntas, la organización del turismo, incluido el turismo sagrado, y una cooperación más estrecha entre los gobiernos locales y las organizaciones sociales. El efecto de este proyecto será la reducción del tiempo de viaje para llegar a las ciudades y pueblos fronterizos, la mejora de la seguridad del tráfico motorizado y peatonal y la protección de los edificios antiguos que están amenazados de tráfico excesivo. El proyecto incluirá la remodelación de 12,41 km de carreteras a ambos lados de la frontera. La inversión creará un sistema de transporte conjunto que conectará las zonas fronterizas, por lo que se aplicarán plenamente las hipótesis y los retos contenidos en el programa Polonia — Bielorrusia y Ucrania, y tal realización no sería posible sin el apoyo de dicho programa.
