Partner cities Lutsk and Lublin have an ancient common history, full of monuments of historical and cultural heritage. Unfortunately, many of them are nowadays in bad condition. Thus the project is aimed at solving the following problems: the bad condition of Chortoryiski Tower with defensive wall and Jesuits Monastery with underground cells in Lutsk and Gothic Tower in Lublin, low attractiveness of the towers, insufficient number of scientific studies and popular scientific information on the fortifications of Lublin and Lutsk in the Polish-Ukrainian information space and lack of mutual promotion of the common historical and cultural heritage. The project aims to increase the number of visitors to the Old cities of Lutsk and Lublin in 20 %. By the joint efforts of the partners it will become possible to preserve the Chortoryiski Tower with wall, the Jesuits Monastery with underground cells, which are located beneath the Jesuits Monastery in Lutsk, and the Gothic Tower in Lublin, besides open them to residents and tourists, promoting common cities culture and historical heritage. After project implementation the attractiveness of the Old cities, the number of cultural activities, carried out in these areas, the knowledge of residents and tourists about cities historical and cultural heritage, cooperation of municipal authorities and cultural, tourist institutions of Lutsk and Lublin will increase, scientific researches will be carried out. Cross-border cooperation within the project will enhance Lutsk-Lublin partnership and help to attract more tourists to the cities. Residents and visitors of both cities will participate in joint activities that will promote intercultural dialogue and joint historical and cultural heritage (Polish)

Les villes partenaires Lutsk et Lublin ont une histoire ancienne commune, pleine de monuments du patrimoine historique et culturel. Malheureusement, beaucoup d’entre eux sont aujourd’hui en mauvais état. Ainsi, le projet vise à résoudre les problèmes suivants: le mauvais état de la tour Chortoryiski avec mur défensif et le monastère des jésuites avec des cellules souterraines à Loutsk et la tour gothique à Lublin, la faible attractivité des tours, le nombre insuffisant d’études scientifiques et les informations scientifiques populaires sur les fortifications de Lublin et de Loutsk dans l’espace d’information polonais-ukrainien et le manque de promotion mutuelle du patrimoine historique et culturel commun. Le projet vise à augmenter le nombre de visiteurs dans les vieilles villes de Lutsk et de Lublin en 20 %. Par les efforts conjoints des partenaires, il sera possible de préserver la tour Chortoryski avec mur, le monastère des Jésuites avec des cellules souterraines, qui sont situés sous le monastère des Jésuites à Loutsk, et la tour gothique de Lublin, en plus de les ouvrir aux résidents et aux touristes, en promouvant les villes communes culture et patrimoine historique. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, l’attractivité des vieilles villes, le nombre d’activités culturelles menées dans ces zones, la connaissance des résidents et des touristes sur le patrimoine historique et culturel des villes, la coopération des autorités municipales et culturelles, les institutions touristiques de Loutsk et de Lublin augmenteront, des recherches scientifiques seront menées. La coopération transfrontalière dans le cadre du projet renforcera le partenariat Lutsk-Lublin et contribuera à attirer davantage de touristes dans les villes. Les résidents et les visiteurs des deux villes participeront à des activités conjointes visant à promouvoir le dialogue interculturel et le patrimoine historique et culturel commun. (French)

Partnerstädte Lutsk und Lublin haben eine alte gemeinsame Geschichte, voll von Denkmälern des historischen und kulturellen Erbes. Leider sind viele von ihnen heutzutage in schlechtem Zustand. So zielt das Projekt darauf ab, folgende Probleme zu lösen: der schlechte Zustand des Chortoryiski-Turms mit Verteidigungsmauer und Jesuitenkloster mit unterirdischen Zellen in Lutsk und Gotikturm in Lublin, geringe Attraktivität der Türme, unzureichende Anzahl wissenschaftlicher Studien und populärwissenschaftliche Informationen über die Befestigungen von Lublin und Lutsk im polnisch-ukrainischen Informationsraum und Mangel an gegenseitiger Förderung des gemeinsamen historischen und kulturellen Erbes. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Besucherzahlen in den alten Städten Lutsk und Lublin um 20 % zu erhöhen. Durch die gemeinsamen Bemühungen der Partner wird es möglich werden, den Chortoryski-Turm mit Mauern, das Jesuitenkloster mit unterirdischen Zellen, die sich unter dem Jesuitenkloster in Lutsk befinden, und den gotischen Turm in Lublin zu erhalten, außer sie für Bewohner und Touristen zu öffnen, um gemeinsame Städtekultur und historisches Erbe zu fördern. Nach der Projektdurchführung werden die Attraktivität der alten Städte, die Anzahl der kulturellen Aktivitäten, die in diesen Bereichen durchgeführt werden, das Wissen der Bewohner und Touristen über das historische und kulturelle Erbe der Städte, die Zusammenarbeit der kommunalen Behörden und der kulturellen, touristischen Einrichtungen Lutsk und Lublin zunehmen, werden wissenschaftliche Forschungen durchgeführt werden. Die grenzübergreifende Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen des Projekts wird die Lutsk-Lublin-Partnerschaft stärken und dazu beitragen, mehr Touristen für die Städte zu gewinnen. Partnersteden Lutsk en Lublin hebben een oude gemeenschappelijke geschiedenis, vol monumenten van historisch en cultureel erfgoed. Helaas zijn veel van hen tegenwoordig in slechte staat. Het project is dus gericht op het oplossen van de volgende problemen: de slechte staat van Chortoryiski Toren met verdedigingsmuur en jezuïetenklooster met ondergrondse cellen in Lutsk en Gotische Toren in Lublin, lage aantrekkelijkheid van de torens, onvoldoende wetenschappelijke studies en populaire wetenschappelijke informatie over de vestingwerken van Lublin en Lutsk in de Pools-Oekraïense informatieruimte en het gebrek aan wederzijdse bevordering van het gemeenschappelijke historische en culturele erfgoed. Het project heeft tot doel het aantal bezoekers van de oude steden Lutsk en Lublin met 20 % te verhogen. Door de gezamenlijke inspanningen van de partners zal het mogelijk worden om de Chortoryski Toren met muur te behouden, het Jezuïetenklooster met ondergrondse cellen, die zich onder het jezuïetenklooster in Lutsk bevinden, en de Gotische Toren in Lublin, naast openstellen voor bewoners en toeristen, het bevorderen van gemeenschappelijke steden cultuur en historisch erfgoed. Na de uitvoering van het project de aantrekkelijkheid van de oude steden, het aantal culturele activiteiten, uitgevoerd in deze gebieden, de kennis van bewoners en toeristen over steden historisch en cultureel erfgoed, samenwerking van gemeentelijke autoriteiten en culturele, toeristische instellingen van Lutsk en Lublin zal toenemen, wetenschappelijk onderzoek zal worden uitgevoerd. Grensoverschrijdende samenwerking in het kader van het project zal het partnerschap tussen Lutsk en Lublin versterken en meer toeristen naar de steden helpen aantrekken. Le città partner Lutsk e Lublin hanno un'antica storia comune, ricca di monumenti del patrimonio storico e culturale. Purtroppo, molti di loro sono al giorno d'oggi in cattive condizioni. Il progetto mira quindi a risolvere i seguenti problemi: la cattiva condizione della Torre Chortoryiski con muro difensivo e il Monastero dei Gesuiti con celle sotterranee a Lutsk e Torre gotica a Lublino, scarsa attrattiva delle torri, numero insufficiente di studi scientifici e informazioni scientifiche popolari sulle fortificazioni di Lublino e Lutsk nello spazio d'informazione polacco-ucraino e la mancanza di promozione reciproca del patrimonio storico e culturale comune. Il progetto mira ad aumentare il numero di visitatori delle città antiche di Lutsk e Lublino nel 20 %. Grazie agli sforzi congiunti dei partner sarà possibile preservare la Torre Chortoryski con le mura, il Monastero dei Gesuiti con celle sotterranee, che si trovano sotto il Monastero dei Gesuiti a Lutsk, e la Torre Gotica di Lublino, oltre ad aprirli a residenti e turisti, promuovendo la cultura delle città comuni e il patrimonio storico. Dopo l'attuazione del progetto l'attrattiva delle città antiche, il numero di attività culturali, svolte in queste aree, la conoscenza dei residenti e dei turisti sulle città patrimonio storico e culturale, la cooperazione delle autorità comunali e delle istituzioni culturali, turistiche di Lutsk e Lublino, saranno effettuate ricerche scientifiche. Las ciudades asociadas Lutsk y Lublin tienen una antigua historia común, llena de monumentos de patrimonio histórico y cultural. Desafortunadamente, muchos de ellos están hoy en mal estado. Así, el proyecto tiene como objetivo resolver los siguientes problemas: el mal estado de la Torre Chortoryiski con muro defensivo y el monasterio de los jesuitas con celdas subterráneas en Lutsk y la Torre Gótica en Lublin, el bajo atractivo de las torres, el número insuficiente de estudios científicos e información científica popular sobre las fortificaciones de Lublin y Lutsk en el espacio de información polaco-ucraniano y la falta de promoción mutua del patrimonio histórico y cultural común. El proyecto tiene como objetivo aumentar el número de visitantes a las ciudades antiguas de Lutsk y Lublin en un 20 %. Gracias a los esfuerzos conjuntos de los socios será posible preservar la Torre Chortoryski con muralla, el Monasterio de los Jesuitas con celdas subterráneas, que se encuentran debajo del Monasterio de los Jesuitas de Lutsk, y la Torre Gótica de Lublin, además de abrirlas a residentes y turistas, promoviendo la cultura de las ciudades comunes y el patrimonio histórico. Tras la ejecución del proyecto se incrementará el atractivo de las ciudades antiguas, el número de actividades culturales realizadas en estas zonas, el conocimiento de los residentes y turistas sobre las ciudades patrimonio histórico y cultural, la cooperación de las autoridades municipales y las instituciones culturales, turísticas de Lutsk y Lublin, se llevarán a cabo investigaciones científicas. La cooperación transfronteriza dentro del proyecto mejorará la asociación Lutsk-Lublin y ayudará a atraer más turistas a las ciudades.
