Projekt řeší výstavbu nového chodníku vedoucího podél silnice III. třídy č. 4222, která prochází obcí Tupesy. Nový chodník bude dlouhý 309,56 m a nachází se v samotném centru obce. Chodník umožní bezpečný přístup pěších z této lokality ke škole, školce, obecnímu úřadu, prodejně smíšeného zboží, kaple, autobusové zastávce.Výstavba tohoto chodníku řeší zajištění maximální bezpečnosti dopravy a komplexnost kvalitní dopravní infrastruktury v obci.
