Předmětem dotace je výměna stávajícího ručně plněného kotle za automatický kotel splňující parametry Ekodesignu.Dále se v rámci dotace předpokláda dokončení otopné soustavy v prostorách provozovny, které nejsou v současné době vytápěny a kde nejsou instalovány ani rozvody ani radiátory.Současně by proběhla i částečná rekonstrukce otopné soustavy ve stávajících vytápěných prostorách.
