Projekt reaguje na několik problematických oblastí v organizaci, kterými jsou zejména implementace strategického plánu, výkonu fundraisingu a PR aktivit a limity v kompetencích pracovníků. Prostřednictvím vzdělávacích aktivit, odborných stáží a cílené podpory ze strany expertů a chce docílit posílení kompetencí pracovníků pro výkon jejich činností a zajistit tak fungující proces strategického plánování, efektivní výkon fundraisingu i PR aktivit a zvýšení známosti organizace mezi veřejností. The project responds to a number of areas of concern in the organisation, in particular the implementation of the strategic plan, the performance of fundraising and PR activities and thresholds in the competencies of the workers. Through training activities, internships and targeted support from experts, it aims to strengthen the competences of workers in order to pursue their activities in order to ensure a functioning strategic planning process, to carry out fundraising and PR activities effectively and to increase public awareness of the organisation.
