Nezaměstnanost může ohrozit každého z nás. Pro osoby s kumulovanými hendikepy je tato hrozba velmi reálná. Jejich vzdělání a profesní zkušenosti neodpovídají poptávce na trhu práce. Při realizaci projektu poskytneme těmto osobám potřebné vzdělání vzhledem k požadavkům regionálních zaměstnavatelů na území MAS Krušné hory a umístíme úspěšné absolventy kurzů do zaměstnání, tím snížíme počet nezaměstnaných osob evidovaných na ÚP. Cílem projektu je efektivně propojit nabídku a poptávku na trhu práce. (Czech)

Unemployment can threaten everyone from us. The threat is very real for those with accumulated disabilities. Their education and professional experience do not match the demand in the labour market. We will provide these people with the necessary education, given the demands of regional employers in the LAGs’ territory, and place successful graduates in employment, reducing the number of unemployed people registered at the PO. The project aims at effectively linking supply and demand in the labour market. (English)
