Smyslem předkládaného projektu je získání finančních prostředků z OP Z na podporu podnikového vzdělávání ve společnosti WAY UP s.r.o. Projekt se konkrétně zaměřuje na vzdělávání v oblasti obchodních, manažerských a komunikačních dovedností, odborných znalostí (především z IT oblasti) nutných pro výkon jednotlivých pracovních pozic. Cílovou skupinu tvoří 16 zaměstnanců společnosti. Projekt předkládáme v režimu tzv. podpory de minimis a je koncipován jako regionální v délce realizace 2 let. (Czech)

The purpose of the present project is to obtain funding from OP Z to support business education at WAY UP s.r.o. The project specifically targets training in business, managerial and communication skills, expertise (in particular from the IT sector) necessary for the performance of individual positions. The target group consists of 16 employees of the company. The project is presented under the de minimis aid scheme and is conceived as a regional implementation period of 2 years. (English)
