Předmětem projektu je vývoj technologie laserového svařování pro jeho implementaci v oblasti produkce kolejových vozidel. Součástí bude provedení potřebných zkoušek na zkušebních svarových vzorcích (3x), které jsou nutné pro vydání 3 ks WPQR, dále nalezení vhodných procesních parametrů laserového svařování prostřednictvím analýz mikrostruktury, tuhosti a ultrazvukového zkoušení svarových spojů včetně následní optimalizace a sepsání 30 přesných procesů svařování (WPS). a. The project concerns the development of laser welding for its implementation in the area of rolling stock. This will include the carrying out of the necessary tests on the test-bench samples (3x) required for 3 QWPI-issuance, the identification of the appropriate procedural parameters of laser welding by means of analyses of microstructure, stiffness and ultrasound analysis of the welds, including subsequent optimisation and writing of 30 precision welding processes (WPs).
