Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa konkurencyjności rynku energii odnawialnej poprzez montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej w przedsiębiorstwie "Astur" sp. z o.o. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest zainstalowanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 43,68 kW na gruncie w sąsiedztwie Ośrodka Rehabilitacyjno-Wczasowego w Okunince, na działce o numerze 493/2. W tym miejscu znajduje się wykonana w pierwszym kwartale 2022 roku instalacja fotowoltaiczna o mocy 5,46 kW, w związku z czym planowana w projekcie inwestycja stanowi rozbudowę tej istniejącej instalacji. Moduły fotowoltaiczne (PV) zostaną zamocowane na konstrukcji nośnej betonowanej przeznaczonej pod montaż paneli na gruncie. Budynek posiada zasilanie przez sieć niskiego napięcia. Planuje się rozbudowę instalacji PV i wykorzystanie istniejącego przyłącza zlokalizowanego w rozdzielnicy głównej. Projekt nie ingeruje w układ zasilania i opomiarowania obiektu. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w ramach 1 zadania. Cel główny projektu osiągnięty zostanie poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych: efektywne wykorzystanie energii słonecznej,minimalizacja zużycia energii elektrycznej,zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa energetycznego. Powyższe cele są odpowiedzią na zident. potrzeby, do zaspokojenia których ma się przyczynić niniejszy projekt. Cele projektu wpisują się w realizację celów 15 Osi Priorytetowej Odporne Lubelskie - zasoby REACT-EU dla Lubelskiego. Projekt realizuje cel jakim jest wsparcie przedsiębiorstw w zakresie energetyki. Projekt realizuje również cele Działania 15.1 transformacja energetyczna regionalnej gospodarki poprzez zwiększenie wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii oraz poprawę efektywności energetycznej w sektorze przedsiębiorstw. Cele projektu przyczyniają się do realizacji zadań przyczyniających się do wypełnienia zobowiązań wynikających z tzw. pakietu energetyczno-klimatycznego Unii Europejskiej oraz Strategii Europa 2020. The main objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness of the renewable energy market by installing a photovoltaic installation in the enterprise “Astur” sp. z o.o. The subject of the investment is to install a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 43.68 kW in the vicinity of the Rehabilitation and Holiday Centre in Okuninka, on a plot number 493/2. At this point there is a 5.46 kW photovoltaic installation carried out in the first quarter of 2022, so the planned investment in the project constitutes an extension of this existing installation. Photovoltaic modules (PV) will be fixed on a concrete supporting structure intended for the installation of panels on the ground. The building is powered by a low-voltage network. It is planned to expand the PV installation and use the existing connection located in the main switchgear. The project does not interfere with the power supply and metering system of the object. The project will be implemented as part of one task. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the specific objectives: efficient use of solar energy, minimising electricity consumption,increasing energy security. The above objectives are a response to the identified needs that this project is intended to contribute to. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of the 15th Priority Axis Resilient Lubelskie — REACT-EU resources for Lublin. The project pursues the objective of supporting enterprises in the field of energy. The project also implements the objectives of Action 15.1 energy transformation of the regional economy by increasing the use of renewable energy sources and improving energy efficiency in the enterprise sector. The objectives of the project contribute to the implementation of tasks contributing to the fulfilment of the obligations resulting from the so-called energy and climate package of the European Union and the Europe 2020 Strategy.
