Celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności i innowacyjności Wnioskodawcy poprzez wdrożenie wyników zleconych prac B+R dotyczących opracowania nowej, znacząco ulepszonej mieszanki betonowej z dodatkiem wiórów stalowych do produkcji drobnowymiarowych betonowych elementów oraz poprzez wdrożenie własnej, przełomowej technologii produkcji . Pozwoli to na wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnych produktów opartych o nowoczesne domieszki podwyższające nie tylko właściwości mechaniczne i użytkowe, ale również pozwalające na znaczne oszczędności surowców. Celem głównym projektu jest wprowadzenie na rynek znacząco ulepszonych, drobnowymiarowych produktów betonowych względem konkurencji poprzez wdrożenie wyników prac B+R. Cele szczegółowe osiągnięte w wyniku realizacji Projektu: -wdrożenie innowacji produktowej tj. wynalazku opracowanego na bazie zaawansowanej mieszanki betonu zawierającej dodatek wiórów stalowych podnoszących właściwości mechaniczne i użytkowe produktów -zwiększenie zdolności produkcyjnych poprzez skrócenie cyklu technologicznego -obniżenie zużycia surowców do produkcji betonu tj. wody i cementu bez utraty właściwości -zwiększenie przychodów ze sprzedaży (prognoza przychodów i kosztów wskazuje na opłacalność projektu) -poszerzenie rynku zbytu i dywersyfikacja portfela klientów -utworzenie 8 nowych stanowisk pracy -wzrost poziomu zadowolenia klientów -wzrost rozpoznawalności marki i postrzeganie jej jako zaawansowaną technologicznie. Rezultatem Projektu będzie wdrożenie nowej technologii i rozpoczęcie na jej podstawie wytwarzania nowych produktów. Realizacja projektu przyniesienie wymierne rezultaty: dywersyfikację oferty, wzrost przychodów, oszczędności i ochrona zasobów środowiska. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany od 1 lipca 2021 r. do 30 września 2023 r. Przedsięwzięcie jest przygotowane pod względem technicznym, organizacyjnym oraz finansowym. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of the Applicant by implementing the results of commissioned R & D works concerning the development of a new, significantly improved concrete mix with the addition of steel chips for the production of small-dimensional concrete elements and by implementing its own breakthrough production technology. This will allow for the launch of innovative products based on modern admixtures that increase not only mechanical and utility properties, but also allow significant savings of raw materials. The main objective of the project is to introduce significantly improved, small-dimensional concrete products against competition by implementing the results of R & D works. —implementation of product innovation, i.e. an invention developed on the basis of an advanced mixture of concrete containing the addition of steel chips improving the mechanical and useful properties of products -increasing production capacity by shortening the technological cycle -reduction of the consumption of raw materials for concrete production, i.e. water and cement without loss of properties -increasing sales revenues (the forecast of revenues and costs indicates cost-effectiveness of the project) -extension of the outlet market and diversification of the customer portfolio -creating 8 new jobs -increasing the level of customer satisfaction — increasing brand recognition and perception of the brand as technologically advanced. The result of the project will be the implementation of the new technology and the start of the production of new products. Implementation of the project will bring tangible results: diversification of the offer, increase in revenues, savings and protection of environmental resources. The project will be implemented from 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2023. The project is technically, organisationally and financially prepared. (English)
