SA.60012(2020/X) Planowany do realizacji projekt zakłada wdrożenie innowacji produktowej - kompaktowego i ergonomicznego narożnika z wbudowanym mechanizmem prowadnicy-obrotnicy. Innowacyjny produkt jest wynikiem prowadzonych prac badawczych Wnioskodawcy w okresie od stycznia 2020 r. do końca maja 2020 r. Innowacyjny produkt będzie charakteryzował się zwiększonymi cechami funkcjonalnymi w stosunku do istniejących na rynku. Innowacja ta wynika z opracowanego mechanizmu prowadnicy-obrotnicy, która zamontowana jest w konstrukcji drewnianej narożnika. Inwestycja wiąże się z pracami budowlanymi (budowa hali produkcyjnej wraz z częścią biurową) oraz zakupem środków trwałych: Automatyczna krojownia, Maszyna do cięcia pianki - krajarka pionowa, Wózek widłowy elektryczny (widły długie nożycowe), Wózek czołowy widłowy elektryczny, Wózek widłowy spalinowy z napędem hydrostatycznym, Wózek paletowy do transportu poziomego elektryczny (3 szt.), Wózek paletowy ręczny (3 szt.), STĘBNÓWKA PŁASKA (maszyna do szycia, 15 SZTUK), Instalacja fotowoltaiczna, Sprzęt komputerowy, Oprogramowanie, Wyposażenie hali, Elektronarzędzia i urządzenia, których łączna wartość wynosi 8 311 500 PLN. Realizacja planowanej inwestycji datowana jest na okres od 01 lipca 2021 r. do 31.12.2022 r. Przyjęte we wniosku wartości wskaźników zostały ustalone w oparciu o plany i potrzeby Wnioskodawcy i stanowią one bezpośrednią odpowiedź na działania zawarte w projekcie. Wartość wskaźników produktu została określona na podstawie liczby przeprowadzonych prac badawczych, prowadzących w efekcie do wdrożenia innowacyjnego produktu na rynek. Wartość wskaźników rezultatu została określona na podstawie liczby planowanych do wprowadzenia innowacji produktowych (w tym przypadku jednego produktu - kompaktowego i ergonomicznego narożnika z wbudowanym mechanizmem prowadnicy-obrotnicy), będących bezpośrednim rezultatem projektu, planowanego zwiększenia zatrudnienia, wprowadzenia innowacyjnych funkcjonalnych cech produktu. SA.60012(2020/X) The planned project assumes the implementation of product innovation — a compact and ergonomic corner with a built-in slide-turning mechanism. The innovative product is the result of the research carried out by the Applicant between January 2020 and the end of May 2020. The innovative product will be characterised by increased functional characteristics compared to those existing on the market. This innovation is due to the developed mechanism of the guide-turner, which is mounted in the construction of a wooden corner. The investment involves construction works (construction of a production hall with an office part) and the purchase of fixed assets: Automatic cutting room, Foam cutting machine — vertical cutter, Electric forklift (long scissor forks), Electric forklift, Hydrostatic forklift, Electric horizontal transport pallet truck (3 pcs), Hand pallet truck (3 pcs), PŁASKA stool (sewing machine, 15 PCS), Photovoltaic installation, Computer equipment, Software, Hall equipment, Electronics and equipment, the total value of which is 8 311 500 PLN. The implementation of the planned investment is dated from 01 July 2021 to 31.12.2022. The values of the indicators adopted in the proposal have been established on the basis of the plans and needs of the Applicant and are a direct response to the activities included in the project. The value of output indicators was determined on the basis of the number of research carried out, leading as a result to the implementation of an innovative product on the market. The value of result indicators was determined on the basis of the number of product innovations planned for implementation (in this case one product — a compact and ergonomic corner with a built-in guide-turner mechanism), which are a direct result of the project, the planned increase in employment, the introduction of innovative functional characteristics of the product.
