Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie w firmie Winnice Kojder S.C Artur, Anna i Marek Kojder laboratorium badawczo-rozwojowego. W związku z realizacją projektu zostanie stworzone nowe miejsce pracy w dziale B+R, co przy współpracy Anny Kojder oraz jednostki naukowej (ZUT) pozwoli na prowadzenie działalności badawczo-rozwojowej w zakresie tematycznym „Poprawy jakości wina”. Projekt będzie się składał z poniższych paneli badawczych: - Mniejszej zawartości siarki - Mniejszej ilości tlenu - Większej zwartości CO2 - Mniejsza zwartości polifenoli - Wyższa zawartość antocyjany - Wino grawitacyjne – obniżenie mętności w winie. Infrastruktura pozwoli na prowadzenie prac B+R w zakresie niestosowanych wcześniej rozwiązań technologicznych na obszarze Polski z zakresu grawitacyjnej produkcji wina. Etapy realizacji projektu i zakres rzeczowy będą się składać z 1. Budowy laboratorium oraz 2. Zakupie wyposażenia laboratorium. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w terminie 02.01.2021 – 31.12.2022. Dzięki prowadzonym konsultacją z ZUT wnioskodawca wie, że zakres planowanych prac B+R i wprowadzenie nowych rozwiązań jest możliwe do osiągnięcia z naukowego punktu widzenia i ze względu na różnorodność stosowanych w takiej produkcji rozwiązań ma potencjał badawczy. The subject of the project is the creation of a research and development laboratory at Winnice Kojder S.C. Artur, Anna and Marek Kojder. In connection with the implementation of the project, a new workplace will be created in the R & D department, which together with Anna Kojder and the scientific unit (ZUT) will allow to carry out research and development activities in the thematic area “Improving wine quality”. The project will consist of the following research panels: — Less sulphur content — Less oxygen — Greater CO2 — Less polyphenols — Higher anthocyanin content — Gravity wine — reducing turbidity in wine. The infrastructure will allow R & D works in the field of previously unused technological solutions in the area of gravitational wine production in Poland. The stages of the project and the material scope will consist of 1. Construction of a laboratory and 2. Purchase of laboratory equipment. The project will be implemented from 02.01.2021 to 31.12.2022. Thanks to the ongoing consultation with ZUT, the applicant knows that the scope of planned R & D works and the introduction of new solutions is possible from a scientific point of view and has research potential due to the diversity of solutions used in such production.
