Celem głównym projektu jest kształtowanie i rozwijanie wśród 275 (166K, 109M) uczniów SP nr 1 z oddziałami integracyjnymi im. H. Sienkiewicza w Rzepinie oraz PSP w Kowalowie (woj. lubuskie) kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy poprzez realizację zajęć dodatkowych dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych służących wyrównywaniu dysproporcji edukacyjnych w trakcie procesu kształcenia oraz organizację kółek zainteresowań, dzięki którym u 221 (133K, 88M) uczniów zostaną podniesione kompetencje kluczowe, wraz z doposażeniem ww. szkół w okresie 01.09.2021-30.06.2022. Zadania: 1. Zakup doposażenia niezbędnego do realizacji zajęć dla SP w Rzepinie 2. Zakup doposażenia niezbędnego do realizacji zajęć dla PSP w Kowalowie 3. Realizacja zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych i kółek zainteresowań w SP w Rzepinie 4. Realizacja zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych i kółek zainteresowań w PSP w Kowalowie Grupa docelowa: 1. 275 uczniów, w tym 17 ON 2. 2 SP Wskaźniki: 1. 221 uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe lub umiejętności uniwersalne po opuszczeniu programu. 2. 2 SP, które wykorzystują sprzęt do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to shape and develop among 275 (166K, 109M) students SP No. 1 with the integration divisions of H. Sienkiewicz in Rzepin and PSP in Kowalów (Lubuskie voivodeship) key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market through the implementation of additional didactic and equalisation classes aimed at equalising educational disparities during the educational process and organisation of interest circles, thanks to which 221 (133K, 88M) students will be raised key competences, together with the retrofitting of the above schools in the period 01.09.2021-30.06.2022. Tasks: 1. Purchase of equipment necessary for the implementation of classes for SP in Rzepin 2. Purchase of equipment necessary for the implementation of classes for PSP in Kowalów 3. Implementation of didactic and equalisation classes and interest circles in the SP in Rzepin 4. Implementation of didactic and equalisation classes and interest circles in PSP in Kowalów Target Group: 1. 275 students, including 17 ON 2. 2 SP Indicators: 1. 221 students who have acquired key competences or universal skills after leaving the program. 2. 2 SPs that use equipment to conduct educational activities (English)
