Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja dwóch obiektów użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Kochanowice, w Lubecku - remizy OSP i Zespołu Szkół. Inwestycja obejmuje kompleksowe prace termomodernizacyjne w zakresie docieplenia ścian, stropodachów, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej połączone z modernizacją systemu grzewczego i zastąpienia kotłowni węglowych kotłowniami gazowymi. W wyniku realizacji projektu planowana jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej obu budynków o 64,32% a także zmniejszenie emisji do atmosfery szkodliwych substancji, w tym CO2 oraz PM10. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of two public utilities in the Kochanowice Commune, Lubeck — the OSP and the School Complex. The investment includes comprehensive thermomodernisation works in the field of insulation of walls, stropods, replacement of window and door joinery combined with modernisation of the heating system and replacement of coal boiler rooms with gas boiler rooms. As a result of the project, it is planned to improve the energy efficiency of both buildings by 64.32 %, as well as to reduce emissions to the atmosphere of harmful substances, including CO2 and PM10.
